“First and foremost I come to sugar bun ALOT, especially early mornings. Since it’s on my route to work it’s convenient for me to call and place my order ahead of time. I love them for this.. when they answer.

If they don’t answer I expect that they’re busy which is understandable. This morning I try calling about 10x. First call a women picks up puts me on immediate hold and didnt come back. So I called a few more times and no answer. When I arrive surprised to see that it’s empty inside. Only 1 person waiting on food. I inform them about the phone issue reminding them I come here often. They tell me it’s the phone having issues. I understand and let it go.

Then I order a wheat bagel with SCALLION cream cheese and everything with PLAIN cream cheese. Both extra toasted. I also bought a small coffee (light & sweet is what I ordered). The cashier distinctly asked me if the everything gets scallion as well, and I told her NO.

A few people start walking in so once my food is ready I don’t bother to double check it. Just for me to get home to 2 bagels with PLAIN cream cheese. I’m truly disappointed in my experience today. Any other day 10/10, even on a busy holiday, this place is my fav. But today 0/10.“
