“A very pleasant little brewery, with an excellent selection of lagers and sours. They used to be well known for their lagers, but their sour beers are probably what they are best at. The new taproom is spacious and friendly, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the prices are excellent.“

“We had a hard time finding the place at first. but we're glad we did. :) Good beer, good vibe and the food was delicious. We had a smashburger and fries, the deviled eggs, and the hand cut chicken bites which I loved and were served with the tastiest ranch sauce I've ever had. Will definitely come back again next time we're in the area.“

“Just edging out Pizzeria Posto, Night School has the best New York slice I have found in the Hudson Valley. Great atmosphere, excellent drink menu, it's the kind of place you want to hangout with your friends. The pepperoni was plentiful and perfectly cupped. The undercarriage crispy with just the right flop. And the crust was tasty but not surgery. Posto might have a slightly better technique. But Night School's charm and the size of their pies make them a destination. If you're near Catskill, Cairo, Saugerties, or Hudson it's worth making the trek.“
