“For me, i would have to say it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.“
“Ready Coffee is our home away from home. Any one you visit you're met with an incredibly personable staff who is always light hearted and has tons of smiles to give. Their coffee and teas are amazing. There's something for everyone in the family including the doggy! Absolutely would recommend Ready Coffee to anyone. It's a hidden treasure of the Hudson Valley!Parking: You can either park and walk up to the window or go through the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: The staff is very personable to children, they engage, listen, and make the entire ordering process fun for children.“
“The breakfast sandwiches taste great and the quality of the food seems to be high. The hot chocolate i ordered the first time wasn't hot enough, but the second time, it was great. The attendant had a great attitude and was happy to serve.“
“I met a friend for coffee. I was hungry, so I was hoping for food as well. Fortunately, they had a breakfast sandwich on their homemade sourdough bread. The coffee was delicious, no sugar necessary. Busy place, but we had a table and were able to chat and people watch. I also had two pastries. One was dolce of something or other. Three days later it was still delicious.“
“Just had breakfast at Underground this morning. They have been closed in the morning since Covid but now have new owners. The coffee was just as good as it used to be and the breakfast was much better. It’s great to have a good coffee shop and breakfast spot again in Highland. I did stop in for dinner when the new owners had just taken over but they were out of a lot of things and hadn’t gotten their liquor license yet. It looks like they are still working on getting beers in tap but they do have cans and bottle of beer and wine now. The breakfast really was very good. The best spot for breakfast in Highland now for sure. I’ll leave another review the next time we go for dinner to see if they have gotten all the wrinkles ironed out. We got the eggs Benedict with spinach and the breakfast tacos.“
“I've been coming here for the past decade and the bubble tea is consistently good every time. There are so many good choices that it can be tough to decide, so I like that they have their menu online. They also have a nice variety of gluten free snacks that I haven't gotten around to trying.“
“This might be my favorite place in Poughkeepsie. They have an innovative menu that is clearly the product of someone passionate about food. They were super accommodating to us when we came in, and just for the heck of it I ordered the burger and it's the best burger I've ever had in Poughkeepsie. They grow their own mushrooms and have a lot of beautiful mushroom dishes if that's your thing. They also have a really nice bar selection.“
“Small specialty shop that creates deciduous edible artwork! Oreo doughnuts....German chocolate doughnuts....apple cider doughnuts! They're all amazing!! You must go & find out for yourself!Parking: Ample free parking behind the shops.“
“By far my favorite bakery!!! I’ve been baked goods from them for years and everything is amazing! Best Gluten Free around! They even did my wedding cake and it exceeded all my expectations! Super friendly and easy to work with for custom orders.“
“Overall, we really like Zoe‘s. The ice cream is delicious, pricey yes but considering it’s fresh, it’s worth it. The brownie sundae is ridiculously delicious and serves 2 (unless you don’t want to share). They usually have one or two dairy free flavors, which I appeciate as someone who is unfortunately newly diagnosed as lactose intolerant. I haven’t had too much of their hot food menu, but the lamb burger is consistently delicious and well seasoned & cooked, and my son enjoys their hotdogs and fries. It can get very busy during the summer, so I wish they had more tables on the grass during the busy season. The staff members are always polite and helpful. My one annoyance is that the cashiers, in all of my visits, NEVER give a receipt. This irks me, and as an adult, there’s really nothing stopping me from asking for it. When I went this past Saturday with my son for lunch, I had two separate transactions, one for the hot food and then later one for ice cream. There is a sign on the counter noting a 3.99% discount for cash. I paid cash for the food but have no idea if I actually received the discount because the cashier told me the total and I handed her the money. When it came time to get the ice cream, I used my credit card. Please don’t make your customers ask for a receipt and if you’re going to post a sign with a discount for cash, be sure to apply it.“
“I’ve always liked the Raymond Ave location so I was glad to check out their Eastdale location. As always I order a London Fog and as always it’s done perfectly. They now make their own pastries which are quite good, and their bakery is next to the coffee shop. Service was wonderful and attentive. The space is open and airy. Worth a visit!“
“What can I say the drive through issues have been resolved with some well placed caution cones, and as a result, the lines move more swiftly. Overall, it was a good experience and quick service with only the occasional out of stock items. One quick note to those putting orders together.... please put cake pops in a separate bag and NOT in the same bag with the 'heated up' sandwiches because the frosting on the cake pops melt.... every time. The bags are thin, and when put next to each other, the pops melt every time. It didn't happen once, It happens every time I order!“
“It was busy for the pleasant valley parade and these young adults kept the line going, their people skills, and getting the job done was on point. A kid spilled hot chocolate, mom let them know and left, the guy nicely thanked her and kept his cool and cleaned it and back behind the counter. Phenomenal crew. 12/2/23“
“I found this gem of a coffe shop ? the staff is friendly, coffe is tasty, good price and they play good music ?. Today they were playing BTS songs ! I'm ARMY and I really appreciate it ? my daughter and I love spending quality time at your coffe shop.. an oasis during the chaotic Black Friday day. Stay well ? ✨️“
“I have been to many SBX locations around the world and although this is my "goto SBX" near me, I can vouch for the fact that this is one of the best. They always get my drink right! There are peak times and even then the wait is never more than other busy SBXs. Always smiling, ready to change any drink if ordered in error and super nice, hardworking baristas. Not sure about the other bad reviews...does not match my experience at all...been going here for the last 5 years or so...“
“Great place, especially in a highly caffeine- fueled school town. In six years, and this very location; which has single handedly caused my and my family's complete addiction. Whether mobile or in person ordering, they don't miss a beat or an opportunity to fix something if there's a mistake or problem. They're my #2 location after 211 East Middletown (because NP is no longer in my direction to work and Grad school. The 211E can be ?!!!)“
“Arguably the best and most convenient location in the city of Poughkeepsie. Located on the Main Street corridor this Dunkin Donuts is quite visible, its position accessible via both the east and west arterial highways.Stocks a variety of coffees and teas in addition to many other beverages. Also the go-to spot for pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and Dunkin nibbles.Opens at 6am and currently closes at 10pm. Hours may vary due to the current challenges associated with the pandemic.Services include phone and online orders for expediency of in-store pickup, service protection barriers, dining in (limited amount of customer), and outdoor seating. There is abundant parking, courteous and efficient staff and access to restrooms. Great location.“
“This location is very clean, and efficient. The person that was on register was so friendly and made ordering at a chain restaurant seem local and personal. The food was good, the drinks were great, and everything came out super fast but I can tell it wasn’t rushed. There’s also so much space inside, definitely could be a spot to chill before work or with friends- not tight at all.Great location :)“
“What a nice Café inside a mall. The interior makes you feel like you are in a cozy lil stand alone cafe and definitely not smack dab in the middle of a Galleria. There was only one Barista working the whole café and they did an amazing job of taking orders and preparing drinks. We settled on tea from Harney and Son's, one bag Chai Rooibos and one bag English Breakfast with steamed oat milk. Perfect and priced so reasonably even with the addition of ALT milk. Nye' also wanted a blueberry muffin because they carry the kind with a sugary muffin top.We sat in the corner near a cozy lil fireplace and people watched. Wonderful.“
“Awesome staff, very friendly and always have a smile for you. Coffee always made to perfection. Only negative is they constantly run out of croissants way too early in the day.Vegetarian options: Dunkin as a whole should’ve NEVER gotten rid of the veggie egg white“
“It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job. Very pleased!“
“The coffee at this location is always fresh and the staff, though young , are incredibly sweet and have good customer service skills.Kid-friendliness: Munchkins for munchkins and hot cocoa of courseWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access but the lot itself is a tight squeeze and people think it's the indy 500“
