Very hip vibe, full of young chefs practicing their craft with beautiful views of the Hudson. What's not to love about that!
Fantastic place! The students and team who work at The Egg (cafeteria) within the Culinary Institute of America are just super nice, and the food is amazing. We dropped by on the way back after visiting the Vanderbilt Mansion, and we were just truly appreciative and amazed by the food quality, cleanliness, and beautiful views overall. Thank you to the students and staff for this great experience, we will visit again!
