“Hyde Park pizza place has very good pizza more often than not. Wings were a hit but now they are overcooked. This past Sunday however I ordered BBQ chicken pizza and when I arrived 30 minutes later, they all didn't know where my pizza was. They asked if I wanted red sauce on my BBQ chicken pizza. And to top it off they had just put it in the oven. I will never get pizza on a sunday from here again. Very unhappy.“

“Really beautiful spot overlooking the Hudson with serene, gorgeous surroundings & a lot of seating in the food court like area. The glass walls are great for enjoying the view. There are also billiard tables and foosball.

The food is reasonably priced, and pretty good but could be better. Last time I went, I had tacos, there was no sauce & meat was a bit dry, the beans in the rice and beans needed seasoning. Also had an oat latte, which was OK, price was better than some cafes though.

Today I had a rice noodle dish with ginger soy pork. The dish was in real need of a sauce or broth and the meat although tasty was on the dry side & not as tender. The rice noodles were cooked properly, just was hard to eat dry noodles topped with meat & a salad on the side. My friend had the GF burrito, it was on the salty side. My other friends had chicken and mashed potatoes which they said was pretty good. There were other stalls we didn't try that might have been better.

But then again it's students serving their dishes as part of their training so they're still learning. What would be great is if there was a feedback box at each station to help them see what they could improve on. Maybe they do have them and I didn't know...

But the beautiful, serene ambiance & price does help so I would still go back if I'm in the area.“

“We had a rare moment of craving to eat after restaurants closed. We called at 11:43pm and a cheerful person answered and said we can still order for pick up and it would take 10min. We walked in 10 min later and the same cheerful person Jed was there. And pizza was ready and hot. At the end of a shift, he had a great attitude. Offered us plates and napkins and the pizza was very good. I have not had Domino’s pizza before !!“

“Touch of Naples is by far the best pizza in the Hudson Valley. Anyone who thinks differently is unfortunately wrong. I’ve been going here for 38 years and the quality has always been unbelievable. Their old style Sicilian and grandma pizzas are amazing. The giant slice is a great value. And the selection of different slices at the counter is fantastic. “Delicious creamy pesto chicken with sun dried tomatoes. Large portions and friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations. Also unexpectedly came with fresh garlic knots that were good too. Wife ordered chicken parm which she like too but said the sauce could have used seasoning and tasted like straight tomato sauce.“

“We’ve been to Pipinelli’s once, probably a year or so ago and after talking to a friend, decided to get over there again. We’re not in the are but we’re this past Wednesday. I called around 4, and asked to have our order ready at 5, asked if this was ok and they said absolutely! Our pizza and wings were cold and tasteless. For the price, this was hard to swallow. Very disappointed.

Edited-after being in contact with the owner for a few weeks, he made right by refunding my order and offering us to come try again, we did and the pie was nice and hot, wings were good. We enjoyed the gelato very much as well! Staff was friendly and attentive, the young man working was especially helpful. Thank you!“

“S&J does one thing extremely well, and that’s the Sicilian pie. In my opinion, the best in the area. The dough is well risen, fluffy, but still crispy on the bottom, never soggy or floppy. The sauce is actually very tasty and fresh, nothing like pre-prepared sauce like another has stated. The cheese is good quality and they don’t overload it like many other places do. The male owner is very sweet and friendly, we’re always very satisfied with their service and food. The mozzarella sticks and Philly cheesesteak are bomb too, but the Sicilian will always be our favorite.“

Quality varies a lot depending on who's cooking, but there are some things that are very consistent.Most things can be ordered using the meal plans pick 3 option (for those who don't know that's using a meal swipe for one main item, a drink, and a side).Wait time will be different depending on what you order. Usually burgers are very fast, pizza takes a bit longer, and Rossie's or noodles takes the longest (during busy times over 30 minutes).Speaking of Rossie's, if you've had the real deal than don't bother getting it here. This is still Sodexo making it, they just have access to the same ingredients and recipes. Also they're missing roast beef so you can't get the best thing Rossie's has anyways.Very strong vegetarian options if you don't mind eating the same thing a lot. The tofu for the noodles isn't anything to write home about and sometimes you'll need to break it up and let it warm up in the broth for a bit, but it's still pretty dang good.Top choices would be:1. Noodles, or oodles as they call it for some unknown reason.2. Pizza. Just make sure one of the good people is there to make it.3. Burger, they're not great but you'll get the same thing every time4. Rossie's. It's still pretty good, just not close to the real thing.“
