The restaurant was clean and staff was kind, courteous, and professional. After the shower, I noticed I had a flat tire and Dave didn’t hesitate to help, he changed it for me! “We had Mohit (Maya Grill Owner) cater for our son’s graduation party. Throughout the process Mohit was very professional and gave us good suggestions for the menu considering the demographics of the guests. He also accommodated special Jain food request for small number of guests. His staff arrived way before the party time to start preparing food onsite. They continuously served hot appetizers for the entire time. All guests praised the food and the service. As a host, we were so busy that we didn’t get to try many of the appetizers. He was so nice that he invited us to his restaurant and made all those things again for us. We highly recommend Mohit (Maya Grill).“

The guests raved about everything. My father said that it was the most tender filet mignon he ever had. And, my dad is the steak guy! “Where do I begin? Annie was so helpful and patient during the ordering process. She answered my questions and returned my calls almost immediately. She made recommendations and she made me feel very comfortable with my decision to utilize her services. Every single item was a hit! The pernil was a standout for the pork lovers, while the salmon stole the show for those who don’t eat meat. Everyone raved about the turkey meatballs and fried chicken.
The order also came with a fresh, plentiful salad and complimentary plates, napkins, and utensils, which definitely came in handy. Delivery was professional, courteous, and right on time. And the portions? Hefty doesn’t even begin to describe them. Being from the South, we serve generously, and even with everyone enjoying seconds, we still had leftovers.
Our guests are still talking about how flavorful and delicious everything was. The rasta pasta, mac & cheese, arroz con gandules Annie's green beans recommendation were Yummmmmmy!!!! But what meant the most to me was seeing my mom—who’s spent her life cooking for others—finally able to sit back, relax, and be served a beautifully prepared meal. Danielle was amazing to work with planning the menu to suit our budget. Making adjustments as needed. Joe and Danielle came out the week before to view the site and give advice on how to set things up. The day of the event they were amazing. “We used Carolyn's Kitchen for our baby shower last weekend and the food was very tasty. Carolyn had good communication leading up to the event and worked with us to make a custom menu. On the day of the event she arrived a little late for set up, but the guests didn't notice. Her and her son were kind and served our guests buffet style. We would definitely use her catering services again. We ordered rasta pasta, wings (jerk and lemon pepper), Mac and cheese egg rolls, plantain cups (vegan), and garden salad. Carolyn and her son packed up the food and then laid out the dessert cups: peach cobbler and banana pudding. My husband is still talking about the peach cobbler. Everything was delicious!“

“We always order using delivery apps though wanted to come in for the full experience. SO GLAD WE DID. First off, this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. That made me feel really happy. Now to the food! Came for the Taco Tuesday Special and so happy we did. We came very late in the evening so we missed the jerk chicken tacos though I was not disappointed in the jerk beef tacos. Such a great deal and it was delicious. These were the full size tacos, not the minis. Run don’t walk as I’m sure this deal wont last. We also ordered the fried fish and grits , we paid for extra for more fish and so goad we did. I didn’t expect a carribean place to be my new go to fish spot but here we are! We ordered the collard greens which were a little different than the southern style I’m accustomed to though had a spice to kick it up.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. They offered us samples of their new fresh made sea moss which was delicious and we grabbed more to take home.

Everything was perfect — It was set up both indoors and outdoors, and as regulations changed, they were adaptive to our needs to be able to keep the wedding safe and per guidelines while also a true wedding party. The food was the best we’ve ever had at a wedding. We visited a lot of places and have been to a lot of weddings but Genadeen wins the prize. Our guests agreed.
