Vincent’s Pizza Truck is undoubtedly up there with the best of them. The plain pie is perfectly dressed; the crust, thoughtfully caramelized with the right hint of char. Expect a crisp bite with great chew and the right balance of sauce to cheese to top a pie as thin as these. Do not skip out on an opportunity to eat here. The staff is always friendly and well-spirited, really rounding out the experience as a whole.“

“Have cash! I loved my 3 tacos. I do wish they had spicier salsa. My husband had the torta milanesa de rez, he was disappointed that did not have avocado or cheese. Not sure if that is extra, but we are used to other places that do include cheese and avocado. He enjoyed it nonetheless. We came from out east in a snowsquall on the way. It was worth it. Ps.
