“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

“A Tic Toc food reviewer suggested Prestanos. I was looking for an awesome breakfast sandwich that wasnt a Kaiser roll. Prestanos rolls are AMAZING. Ive been there the last 2 days for breakfast, bringing my out of state sister and brother in law. We all loved the sammies. Also got a couple of jelly donuts. Also Amazing. My husband stopped by after work today at 3pm to get Italian bread. I was hesitant about getting any kind of bread late afternoon but it was so fresh. ! Will be checking out their sweets. “I ordered custom donuts and an ice cream cake from this location and from time of order the customer service was fabulous. When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. Donuts were super fresh and ice cream cake was delicious on top of looking great! Just what I wanted!“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

“The dozen donuts are cheaper here than any other DD nearby, so I come here every time. I usually place a mobile order and my order is correct and ready when I show up. I came inside to ask for something off the menu one day and the young man working here was so sweet and he helped me out and made the perfect smoothie for my picky son. I’ve never had an issue and have been coming here for a few years.“

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“
