“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“Best donuts, great people!! I placed a huge order for donuts the day before I volunteered to bring a donut wall to a birthday party. (I originally placed the order elsewhere but it felll through). I spoke with Corrine and she could not have been sweeter and more helpful. Donuts4days saved the day and I was able to pick up the order the next morning!! “Definitely a Long Island thing! I’m not sure places like this would thrive where we live now down in Florida. Brings back memories, but… I don’t know. Does everyone make bagels different these days? Seemed more like the consistency of a roll on the inside. This is the second place I tried in this area and same thing. The linzer tart was acceptable. Not a stiff enough or dense enough cookie in my opinion. Other than that, great!“

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !“

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“
