“I was so hungry, I took a bite before I remembered to take a picture! The last time I was in this area for work I had both dinner and lunch the next day at this restaurant. This time I was considering trying another place a little further away, but since the weather is nasty, I decided to stay close to my hotel, and come here again. The sushi does not disappoint. I started with the colorful role and my own creation of a salmon hand roll with Ikura. It's a great combination, you should try it! I decided I was still hungry, but trying to get a hold of my waiter to order some more food was difficult. Even though it was in the wrong order, I decided I needed a bowl of miso soup. I wish they had Inari sushi, but they didn't so I settled for a piece of tamago just to have something sweet to end with. The restaurant is a little bit noisy, but otherwise comfortable. There is an excellent chance. I will be back for lunch again tomorrow!“

We found out several places actually started charging more and providing less. A friend recommended A&A and we haven’t looked back. The sushi is fantastic quality and taste and they never skimp on ingredients. For larger orders they have a menu of pre-selected items that is very convenient and cost effective. “This is the greast and best sushi I've ever had in my life. The nigiri tastes incredibly fresh and it melts in your mouth. The service never disappoints as we are always welcomed with open arms and positive energy from the owner. The Kings roll and jade roll are personally among my favorite. “First off we didn't have Sushi. We went there for lunch and our food was fresh, delicious and wasn't expensive. The servers were very polite and attentive and the food came out in in less than 5 minutes after the appetizer. Sitting is limited but we had no problem around 1 pm for lunch. I love the Bento box and had the lunch special. Comes with miso soup, ginger salad (which is mouth watering) and i had the chicken Katsu, with battered vegtables (eggplant and I think pumpkin). My wife had the Chicken Udon soup and it was tremendous. For the appetizer we had the pork Gyoza (similiar to dumplings) and they were light and very tasty.“

“My wife & I used to always go to the Centerreach location until they were under new ownership and then eventually closed down. We were so happy to find that the Commack location is still around. There is no other Sushi restaurant we've been to compared to Sushi Palace! It's all you can eat & the environment is nice & clean. “An undefeatable classic, the Chicken Teriyaki is food of the Gods and is hard to beat. Try as you may to replicate it at home, it won't taste as good as it does here at Little Tokyo, formerly known as Sarku Japan. This even beats out other malls with similar stores. The beef teriyaki is not as good, but interesting for a change. There can be a bit of a language barrier if you're asking for something odd or in the wrong fashion (I still recall years ago having a manager legit confused and annoyed with me that I referred to "beef" as "steak") But once you know how to order, it's a smooth, systemic process. The new young lady there over the past few years has been pretty solid with the ordering process as well. The secret is asking for that extra dollop of sauce at the end. Little Tokyo - Ichiban!“
“I love the food at Wild ginger. Tonight I order the crunchy salmon roll, hibachi fried rice shrimp and a sex on the beach. The drink wasn't the best but it wasn't bad either there not really known for their drinks. The service was pretty good and efficient. The restaurant isn't super big but it accommodates everyone. I also like the atmosphere in the restaurant.“

“Awesome place.(6 years ago)Update: this place has fallen so far! We sat down and they actually had plastic forks out on the napkins and gave a slight attitude when I asked for actual silverware. Sorry if you're going to pay almost $200 at 3pm I'm not eating with a plastic fork. We had hibachi and they specifically went around and asked how everyone wanted their steak. And then they cooked everything the same way and served everyone from that batch. Shrimp overcooked. Given AFTER the steak and chicken. Filet mignon overcooked. As for the show...apparently we got the rookie. The volcano failed. He tried twirling around the spatula and fork only to drop them over and over again. I did eat everything on my plate because I hadn't eaten in 24 hours...hard to complain when you eat everything. Nothing tasted right. But the attitudes of the staff were fresh. That's about it. If you're wondering what you pay for it is the decor. This place is beautiful inside. Go in and have a drink and skip the food. It's awful. And insulting for a bill over $200. “I grew up going there. I always liked it. I would get the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, white rice. I would get wonton soup and shrimp roll. It's been there over 30 years. I don't know if it's new owners, have not ate there in awhile. I think it's been a few years. I have to back and try again. It's a take place, but they have a few tables. I called I wanted delivery which they don't do. I understand the roads are crazy, safety, they are busy cooking. They have I think GrubHub but I don't have any if those delivery apps. Anyway delivery can get expensive fuel charge, etc. Some places don't charge delivery fees, but your still tipping. Anyway they have good lunch specials. If they have cheese wontons I would try. I would hope they would be bid and filled with alot of cheese. Enjoy.“
