We stayed at The Hotel Ithaca a week ago. I've stayed at many hotels in this price range (around $300 on the weekend) for business that were nicer and I'd rate this hotel average. PROS * Convenient location to the Ithaca Commons, an outdoor area with stores and (a few) restaurants, Lake Cayuga, and Lake Seneca * Close to a Wegmans, Chipotle, Panera, etc. Not walking distance but a few minutes away * Accommodating staff was very nice * Restaurant (more on that in cons) * On-site...read full review
It is located right next to the Ithaca Commons with great restaurants and nice stores at walking distance. Rooms are clean very well equipped, and well maintained. Free Parking. Good exercise room. Very friendly staff.

Very good hotel and great location. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the staff are excellent. They have an airport shuttle and free parking. So much is available nearby in terms of shopping and food... lots of restaurants with all kinds of cuisines in the near vicinity of the hotel.
