“This truck is the closest I've come to eating true, authentic Venezuelan food in years. Everything I've had here is fresh and so flavorful, you can tell the ingredients are of the best quality.

Food aside, the people that work it are welcoming and so sweet! If you're not Venezuelan they take the time to walk you through the menu/give recs, and if you are Venezuelan they are a much needed dose of home. Everything is delicious, but the cachapas and tequeños are unreal.

Could no recommend enough!!!!

“Everything was absolutely DECADENT.I ordered their pulled beef bowl as a main it had the perfect mix of fresh greens, savory beans and rice, sweet plantains, refreshing avocado and the sauciest flavorful beef!I got their tequeños and Yucas as starters and they were also so delicious and their sauce paired perfectly.Price is so reasonable for the portions. “The arepa I ordered was delicious. I know it was Pabellón but it was beef, with sweet plantains, cheese and beans. The meat tasted delicious. The lady who helped me was very helpful and friendly. Fast service. The only thing I would recommend to the establishment is to find a way to not feel the smell of the bathroom so much. The rest was excellent.“

“First time trying patacones. Staff was very helpful and the food was very good! We got the Pulled Pork patacones and the Beef Arepa. The homemade hot sauce pairs perfectly well with both!

The Tamarindo and Chinola drinks were also perfect for the hot weather.

“I went to Tozton today to celebrate my birthday after seeing an ad on Tiktok and it was definitely a great decision.

The food was delicious, the sautéed loin, the green noodles, the pavilion, the ground beef cakes and the shredded meat cakes. Natural juices, drinks like margaritas and mojitos; on point, ten out of ten.

The attention of all the waitresses was excellent, they even decorated my table with balloons. Thank you Emily and Natalia for your impeccable service.

It was also easy to find parking near the restaurant. It is very spacious and tables can be organized for large birthday celebrations.

“I ordered Guacamole & Chips as an appetizer, then I ordered the Cheese burger for my meal. The chips were house made, so good & the Guacamole was just how I like it. Not too thick, on the creamy side & I could taste the lemon/lime . The burger was no ordinary burger. It was massive for a great price . Very juicy & EXTREMELY well seasoned in every single bite. I could only finish half but I'm so happy to have left overs . lol They don't have fries and that was kind of disappointing but they do have house fried potatoes which made up for it. They were so good , I didn't even need ketchup . Atmosphere is great, great service, loved it all the way around . Definitely coming back !“

The classic patacón, a green plantain sandwich, is full of flavors! It has a huge amount of shredded chicken, golden crispy queso blanco, and crunchy veggies. You can take it to the next level by drizzling it with more sauces!
La Gorda cachapa is my favorite! I love how you can taste the sweet corn in the golden yellow corn crepe. It’s stuffed with a generous amount of mozzarella and bacon, making it so comforting and hearty. Topped with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, it’s even more indulgent!
The Cubana arepa is a mouthwatering combination of savory ham, well-seasoned pork, creamy fried cheese, and tangy, refreshing salsa verde. It’s a great choice for a balanced, satisfying meal.
The cheese breadsticks, tequeños, are impressive. The outer bread shell is fried to be wonderfully crispy and airy, complementing the warm cheese perfectly.
For drinks, we got passion fruit juice, sugarcane lemonade, and chicha. Chicha, a popular sweet rice milkshake in Venezuela, has a rich consistency and the aroma of vanilla and cinnamon powder. It feels like drinking tres leches!“
