My husband and I had just taken the redeye from LA. I wanted to sit down, relax a bit, instead of stand in line at the food court. We thought that we would just get something simple so we ordered a bagel with cream cheese, fresh fruit, and coffee. We just assumed that because we were at JFK, an international hub for travelers, that we would be served a NYC bagel. This place is a joke! If you sit down at a table with only two people but it has four chairs, the server will yank those chairs away so they can use it for other customers.Not to mention you have to scan your menu on the table, you have to order from your phone and you have to pay with your phone. Food was decent for airport food but wow is the service bad. You have to order online and tip before you even get served. The water came in dirty glasses and the tater toter has hair in it. The beet salad was very good. Meatballs were better than expected at an airport.
