Employees did not care, food on the menu is not the food they actually serve and it’s pricey.
Overpriced food came late and burnt-do not patronize.
Charred black meat and burnt bun (I can only presume it was steak) on over half the sandwich Had asked for extras on the cheesesteak (grilled peppers and onions-who knew those are extra?) and so scarce that they weren’t on the 2nd half of the sandwich. Because you prepay-when asking for a refund you have to submit an electronic claim and wait 5-7 business days to see if they allow it. Staff could not have cared less....read full review

Terrible experinece
First off, i was short changed 10 dollars in my change which i put down to a mistake untol i asked for a receipt. I was then told that, they couldn't print me one as i had paid cash. After emphasizing that i needed a receipt, i was shown the ipad and given another 10 dollars as bill was 10 less than I paid. I asked why this was and the server said thry had included their tip in the price aside from this, my order was chicken wings ans fries both of...read full review

Overall, Loft gets the job done while travelers wait for their flights.
