Hired Mister Softee for our family movie night. Big crowd, fast service, ice cream perfect, kids + grown folks both smiling. We paid for the truck and it was worth every penny. If you need dessert for a party, call them. 10/10.
Highly recommend. some of the best ice cream I’ve had. Really friendly service overall great experience. We ordered the truck for my daughter’s signing for a softball scholarship. Thank you Mister Softee

Extremely disappointed with the Mr Softee truck in West Babylon tonight. After hearing the music my 2yo and 5yo were so excited to get ice cream from the truck for the first time. We went to the end of the driveway to wait for the truck moments later, the truck proceeded to go by slow down made eye contact waved at us, put his hand up as if to say just a minute and continue down the road we presumed that he was just going down and going to turn around and come back much to mind...read full review
