“Happy birthday to me. Ordered my free coffee on the app for pick up. When I got there to pick it up, I’ve had a wonderful experience. The thank you and a smiling face on the cup simply made my day . Thank you for the wonderful experience and the free coffee. The staff is absolutely fantastic and customer service is amazing 🙏“

“Everytime I visit Starbucks here, the staff and manager are always positive. I’ve seen the manager on countless occasions deal with customers who seem entitled or are being rude to her staff. And majority of these customers are always bewildered that the manager answers them with answers that they don’t like. Not every customer is right and also customers need to learn how to speak to restaurant staff.
In addition, the staff always show a welcoming face by singing and dancing to the music being played.
Drinks are always good and so is the food.“
“Nice view of Manhattan and the campus field on a sunny day. The location on Maps is incorrect, it’s not in the main food court, but in a separate adjacent building, The D’Angelo Center, on 3rd Floor.
Has cosy lounging chairs, but pretty packed. The nearby area of “Sodano Coffee House” was closed for seating with a curtain.
For some reason, the milk and the half&half containers on the condiment bar had ice cubes in them.
The barista also refused to provide a refill of simple brewed coffee after buying an expensive handcrafted drink, stating something along the lines of “not being a regular location”. Not sure how it works, but I didn’t argue, although it detracts from the experience, and Starbucks Rewards ads are everywhere in this place, too.
All in all, nice campus Starbucks store. No parking inside the campus for vistors, but you can find a spot on the streets around.“
