The Pool Bar at the TWA hotel offers a nostalgic 1960s vibe, making it a great spot for a quick stay or relaxing after a flight. The hotel rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with features like black-out curtains, a mini fridge, large TV, and solid soundproof walls that help guests feel like they’re not staying at an airport hotel. The front desk is friendly and welcoming, and the hotel features interesting amenities in the lobby, including a gift shop with TWA merchandise, a photo booth with free pictures, a retro-style Twister Room, a Hair Salon, many photographs of TWA destinations, and a working Departure Board from the 70s. The fitness center in the basement is free for hotel guests and is very spacious with good equipment, including Peloton Bikes in the spin room.

The rooftop bar with a heated swimming pool is perfect for relaxing with airplane sightseeing, but it requires reservations and a usage fee. The pool is smaller than it appears in pictures and is best enjoyed when not crowded, with chairs on a first-come, first-served basis.
