Well, yesterday I had a final walkthrough with a client in the Scottholm neighborhood, and Tous Les Jours was the closest option. Boy was I blown away by every detail of this shop!! It was pristine, every item and every surface sparkled and gleamed, there were so many delicious looking pastries and so many I had never seen before! The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times. And my clients very much appreciated the delicious, authentic French Baguette!“

“Wow! I thought this place was going to be social media hype! Boy was a wrong! My daughter wanted to try these cookies and they did not disappoint. The cookies we soft, chewy, and warm. The variety was impressive. These cookies were hug! We were able to share and sample all the flavors and my children loved that. The only off putting part about this place is none of the workers actually talk to or great you. We came in and no one looked up from what they were doing. (It is an open kitchen concept, so to their defense they were making cookies ) when my order was ready the person who gave us out cookies didn’t say a word to us. It felt cold. The cookies made up for the lack of customer interaction. My daughter was excited enough for the entire crew.“

Make note this is one dessert that so many make, so many claim to have so called mastered etc it is extremely difficult to master. From my 33 years of experience & being a 3 star chef from Manhattan & serving the biggest names in any form of entertainment I have to express that in this crazy culinary business this cheesecake was well beyond anything I have ever tasted. Magnificent isn’t even enough to say. There is a famous restaurant in France named Les Papilles. Exceptional in bakery especially cheesecake. The cheesecake here in Syracuse is right there with Les Papilles. This is a complete lottery win for this area of the country. I’ve been around the globe and have visited many culinary gems, this is in my top 20. Absolutely brilliant“

The woman helping us was so patient and so generous in offering us samples. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in the service industry. For that alone, I would return.
