“This is my first time at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, The girl at the counter, I think her name was Tiffany could not have done a better job. She was sweet, friendly, and very prompt with the order. I ordered the reuben sandwich, It was one of the best that I ever had. It was juicy and hot, and the corn beef was melt your mouth tender.We will definitely be back.The only small thing is it gets really cold when somebody opens the door if you're eating in the restaurant. “Fera's is a Downtown jewel for lunch during the work week. Like a time capsule from the past, the unassuming deli serves up fabulous sandwiches, soups and other lunch staples at unbeatable prices (i.e., a turkey sub with finely sliced - almost shredded - turkey breast and all the fixings for $6. Upgrade to a large roll for $1, same for a bag of chips). You're going to get this meal in less than 5 minutes from when you place it, and even if the line is 15 deep (common between 12:00-12:30), you're still looking at a 10 minute wait max. The small seating area is all that you need and is covered wall-to-wall with incredible Buffalo memorabilia (and not the stuff from Tully's, the kind of personalized stuff you want to walk around and stare at).All this means that you're going to get reliable, fast service, a great sandwich at a great price, and all within the typical contsraints of the office worker looking to grab a quick bite. “My office ordered a bunch of sandwiches for the office. I had the muffuletta and it was VERY good. The olive spread and the sun dried tomatoes were incredible!! The bread was fantastic as well. My co-worker got the Super Hero. This is the only reason I was hesitant to rate this a 5. There was way too much meat and the bread was barely there. Half of the meat was hanging out of the side. If they out half of the meat in, it would be very different. Overall, big portions and great bread. I would recommend this place to anyone in town.“

Honestly amazing how they can handle a rush understaffed and with a smile on their faces :)! I am a little upset about the teriyaki sauce changing I really missed the original but thats not really in their control. “Today's tuna wrap was excellent! It was packed with vegetables and not swimming in mayonnaise. Also, the wrap didn't fall apart with the first bite. Ordering on the app was fast and easy, and the Sandwich Artist recognized me as soon as I walked in. This location is always reliable for a good quick lunch while working downtown.“

“Convenient location, located right on North French and Campbell Blvd. Easy parking lot, isn't too much of a pain getting in and out. Public, double stall bathrooms. Clean, and up kept, changing table located in larger stall. Huge location with many different options. I believe they also have a Sub shop located directly inside. “Quite a bit of vegan options here. One of the few places that have vegan options for subs. I recently tried a pizza sub with vegan cheese and mushrooms and it was so good. Vegan pizza is also super great... I really love their pizza sauce. The crust is also amazing. The staff at Galassi's really provide outstanding service. Every time I have picked up from here, they are always super nice and make sure everything is right. They really like to engage with their customers and I appreciate that a lot.
