You can share the slider entree with crinkle fries it’s so filling. Doesn’t come with a drink. The spice is curry-esque, even if you don’t like curry you will like this!“

“This place is just as advertised. Quick and simple food done very well, for a great price. I got the 1/2 chicken combo with Greek lemon potatoes. Everything was solid, the chicken was nicely cooked and juicy with a classic rotisserie flavor. The lemon flavor came though nicely on the potatoes. You also get a green sauce that comes with the meal that adds a nice acidic herbal flavor. Also, I got the grilled buffalo wings which I really enjoyed. Many places do not offer grilled, so I really appreciated this. I find especially for takeout, fried wings lose the textural component and become soggy. The grilled adds an extra depth of flavor that I personally enjoy. Overall great value.“

“We found the Commodore while searching for a place to eat with my partner, after a late arrival into JFK. At first we were thrown by the well patinaed circa 1980 LES dive bar decor, not that there's anything wrong with that, just not what we expected. Service is no frills, order at the bar, they bring the food to your table. Drinks were strong and served lighting fast. The food was awesome, some of the best Fried Chicken I ever had, crispy, juicy and nicely seasoned. My partner had the Mexican Chicken Soup, she loved it and let me get a taste, I agreed, it was amazing. We will return for sure!“

“The chicken pot pie, while not an actual pot pie but more of a soup, is delicious! The chicken is very tender without being mush and the flavor is fabulous. The ratatouille and garlic green beans as well as the lentil & pork belly soup were also quite enjoyable. Although the food is not heavy, it is quite filling. The chicken is juicy and crispy. One thing that I will not recommend is chicken wings. Very poor recipe. “Amazing time at Mokja! All the things on the menu are extremely tasty, not just the chicken and pizza. Some highlights were the spicy seafood cream pasta and the Brazilian churrasco bbq set. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. “If you go here after 11pm they are usually outta something or no longer making spicy chicken anything. But they make up for it by usually adding a few extra strips to ones order. Besides the staff is amazing and super friendly. Their is one cashier that is always a ball of energy that is refreshing on a late shift.“
