“Went here a couple days ago and it was great!The staff is a little shy since their first language is not English, but that’s not a thing to worry, we all around Long Island and NYC are different and what make this city so amazing is diversity.The food is tasty, fresh, healthy and well served. They give generous portions. Tried a very weird combined bowl but it still was nice (I think that the staff could help a little bit more with bowl creation since I didn’t know what all the ingredients were that they have).Tried the sushi also and it was awesome (one of the bites was served totally destroyed but that could happen to anyone).If you want healthy and fresh Asian based food, this is a place worth trying.“

“I often had lunch at the old location. The best hot dog hero I ever had. I often had mustard, sourkraurt, and those home made onions. But I did try the chili and cheese. No matter what my choice of toppings, the meal was always delicious. If you live or work in the Islip area you probablystop by the stand regularly. If you visit Suffolk or Nassau counties, no matter where your staying, Charlie’s is worth a visit. Charlie’s is truly a Long Island landmark.“

“A delicious find! I happened to be shopping in the area and decided to try out Cabo. So glad I did! I purchased the shrimp and mango baja bowl. I customized the bowl with extra veggies. I loved the freshness of the food, and the flavor of the red sauce and shrimp were excellent ? I will definitely be back“
“Never disappointed by TBC. I love the variety on their menu - often different styles of beer from anything else I typically run into at a craft brewery. The space is super roomy, industrial yet comfortable, with plants everywhere, video games, darts, fooseball and other activities. Staff is quirky and fun - we usually go to visit Ashley on Wednesdays and it’s always a great time. There’s often a killer food truck parked outside, and we always make it a point to attend Sundaze at the brewery, the last Sunday of every month - such an awesome weed-friendly event. Don’t sleep on this place - the down-to-earth atmosphere and delicious brews will keep you coming back for more.And to the male Karen (would that be a Chad?) whining about them closing for private events down below - grow up. The world doesn’t revolve around you.“
“Down an alleyway off of Main Street, you will find this brewery. About 10 choices of beer on tap. They offer a limited wine selection for those not interested in beer. Cans of beer available for takeout. Very populsr place. Was very busy at 3:30pm on a Tuesday.“

“Brew Cheese should be available everywhere, or at least have the ability for me to transport here on a whim's notice.We stopped in for a bite and a beer and I loved it all. The cheese sampler is AMAZING and the beer is different and awesome. Not a ton of places to sit/stand but we were able to snag some seats at the bar. Try everything!“

“The last time I went to an Ice Cream store that provides their own custom flavors was in Carey, North Carolina. This store is located in a small strip mall with ample parking. From what I read; Ice Cream Social has several flavors of ice cream along with vegan flavors. They do have traditional flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, and cookie dough, but they are constantly designing new flavors. I tried many flavors before choosing the pumpkin pie flavor ice cream. But I did also like the apple cider donut and Coco Almond Joy. Next time I will explore other interesting creations. The staff was kind enough to afford me the opportunity to taste many creative flavors. It was not easy to settle on just one flavor. I recall a family member explaining to me what it takes to create these interesting flavors, and he stated it is all in the Cream mix. If you want to enjoy high quality ice cream with many creative flavors, one must indulge in Ice Cream Social.“

If you're a beer drinker, and are sick of the 1 million IPA brands, check out a true UK beer called "Old Speckled Hen". This is the only place I've seen on Long Island that has it on tap! Oi! “I ended up at Brew Cheese on a Saturday night around 7 on a Saturday. Upon entering the atmosphere was calm and relaxing with good music playing. There were 3 high top tables that sat 4-5 people, about6 seats at the bar a few Adirondack chairs looking out the front window and it seems like in the nicer weather they would have outdoor seating as well. We had a cheese board, and the Mac and cheese. Everything was good. I wouldn't do the Mac and cheese again but it wasn't bad, just not as good as I would have thought coming from a place that is focused around cheese. The selection of cheeses they have for the cheese board and grilled cheese were great. It was a small selection but the options were great! They had something for everyone. They're drink choices both alcoholic and not were impressive. They had 3 cases of beverages to choose from. Service was good and fairly quick. Nice place to snack, have a drink and hang. The one guy working did a great job all by himself! Great job sir!“

“I tried many different Chinese take-out restaurants in the area when I moved here 2 years ago. I was really disappointed by the quality until I ordered from New Kings. I'm surprised they don't have a higher rating. The food is consistently good. I just wish they had a few more things on their menu like duck and wontons with shrimp.“
