This is now the second event that I have worked with Scott. He came to us two nights in a row. Scott developed a beautiful four course meal both nights. Working with Scott from start to finish is truly a pleasure. His attention to detail, professionalism and culinary talent is unmatched. I cannot wait to book another event with him. Thank you Scott, you are incredible!
We hired Scott for my mom’s birthday celebration. He was very professional, punctual and overall wonderful at what he does. His dishes are creative and absolutely delicious. He tailors your menu to exactly your preferences. He was very accommodative of food allergies. He makes his own gluten free flour which was incredible! Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
I highly recommend Galo Food Productions! Scott took so much time to learn about any dietary issues, and gave us plenty of options to choose from. He made great suggestions. The food was so delicious, and so creative. Scott brought everything...including the pots and pans, and the dishes! Scott did all the clean up, too.
