Really? It took me this long to give Stockade Tavern a review? That’s crazy, given how important a fixture it’s been for its entire 16 year tenure. From day 1, Paul and Jenny and their rotating crew of amazing bartenders and bar backs (you guys! 🙏🙏) made it cool to visit Uptown. Keep rocking it for another 16 please!!

We hosted our wedding afterparty at Stockade Tavern and it was perfect. Paul and Jenny were extremely accommodating and made the event seamless. We got so many compliments on how great the environment, drinks and people were. They even accommodated food for us! Couldn’t recommend hosting an event here more.

Inside, it’s really cute, with a vibey old-school atmosphere that adds to the experience. The staff’s excellent service was highlighted by their quick response in returning lost sunglasses, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Whether stopping in for drinks after work, celebrating with friends, or impressing a date, the ambiance and quality drinks make it a neighborhood favorite.
