A great spot for a family friendly sit-down or a quick grab-and-go with a balanced menu (GF bread available upon request!). Had brunch with my partner here at The Pink Elephant. We were the only people (besides staff) there so we had the whole place to ourselves. He got the breakfast burrito and I got French toast. Everything was delicious, fresh, and well portioned. I also got a cappuccino which was very good. Staff was friendly and open to questions.

Highlights: The environment was fun and inviting and my girls especially love the pink decor. The fresh ground, fresh brewed coffee was intense delicious and amazing. all of the food was extremely flavorful and well proportioned.Areas of opportunity: we had breakfast and the girls were craving some type of muffin or pastry however the only thing they really had was either a roll or an English muffin.
