“Needed to get the Buster Bars!!!! ? There was only one couple in line in front of me so I had a very little wait time to place my order. The window to the left is where you place your order and pay for it. The window to the right is where you get your order. Buster Bars are pre-made and packaged but so very good. The staff is extremely friendly attentive and quick to fill your order. The ones waiting to receive their orders before me had very little wait time too. Definitely will be stopping again soon.“

“Did a custom order, every was exactly as intended, good was hot and service was quick, did curbside so atmosphere is kinda not a factor but it's a nicely laid out parking lot.Parking: 4 curbside spots and more parking spots then the store could serve if the lot was full which is a testimony to planning for more then you will ever need.“

“Saw all the great reviews so we tried it and the food tasted very good and I see why everyone raves about it. They have so many customers it was 90 minute wait for pickup at 5:30 but earlier in the day it was only 30 mins. The order was ready at the exact time it showed for pickup ! “Picked this place somewhat randomly for the first meal for our day in Buffalo. It was our best meal in a long time! Crazy busy, with everyone working together like clockwork. My wife said her chicken sandwich was maybe the best she's ever had and the grilled cheese was so very good. Finished with a few doughnuts, freshly made when we ordered them The other random extra was our seats at the counter where we had a perfect view of the kitchen at work. The donut machine was cool, and someone was meticulously making gravy on the stove... The line cooks were paying attention, and asking questions. Definitely running like a very well oiled machine. “First time at this location last weekend and it was as delicious as expected! We ordered the chicken Cobb salad for our 5 year old daughter and she loved it. “We did a call ahead take out order for 9 people for lunch at the office. They were very efficient with taking the order and it was ready within 45 minutes. I believe I spoke with Thomas at pick up and he was super sweet and offered to help me carry the order out. I personally ordered the candied garlic burger and the flavors were incredible! No complaints from anyone regarding any of their orders!“

“During March their pistachio pancake are the yummies breakfast I've ever had, and lol the pancakes are bright green. It also has a pistachio cream cheese glaze that's the perfect amount of sweetness. Depending on your sweet tooth, I don't always even use syrup with it bc the glaze takes it's place, but it is also obv really good with syrup.Any of their eggs Benedicts are also the best around they really honed this skill well“

“I stopped in to dine solo and I do not regret it one bit! I had the tagine and asked if they could put the lamb from the bolognese on the tagine and they very kindly accommodated my request! The tagine was AMAZING! It was so good that it gave me flashbacks to my time in Morocco! It was so good that I decided to get a dessert as well and it also did not dissappoint! The service was fabulous, the bartender was very kind, and the atmosphere was perfect. Next time I'm in Buffalo I'll definitely come back!“

“Everything we order from JPF is a slam dunk - they are true to their roots, but do well at many Buffalo staples as well. Great variety of items to please the whole family, and safe to say everyone will be pleased! “I just have to say what en amazing experience I had. My boyfriend and I ordered for the first time the other night and were blown away. I was talking to a bunch of employees at my office today and we decided to order for lunch. I called to ask the best way to do a large order and the most delightful person answered the phone and said calling would be no problem at all. I spoke with Caitlin and her customer service was outstanding!!! I had a 13 person order of all different things and she was so kind and patient on the phone and we were amazed at how quick the food was ready. When we arrived to pick up our order she was just as sweet, itemized and labeled everything to make it easy for when we got back to the office. They treat me right every time I come in, and the hot dogs are the best anywhere. Love the rings. My daughter loves the shakes. Like a time capsule from the past, the unassuming deli serves up fabulous sandwiches, soups and other lunch staples at unbeatable prices (i.e., a turkey sub with finely sliced - almost shredded - turkey breast and all the fixings for $6. Upgrade to a large roll for $1, same for a bag of chips). You're going to get this meal in less than 5 minutes from when you place it, and even if the line is 15 deep (common between 12:00-12:30), you're still looking at a 10 minute wait max. The small seating area is all that you need and is covered wall-to-wall with incredible Buffalo memorabilia (and not the stuff from Tully's, the kind of personalized stuff you want to walk around and stare at).All this means that you're going to get reliable, fast service, a great sandwich at a great price, and all within the typical contsraints of the office worker looking to grab a quick bite. “No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“Stopped for lunch after our annual family trip to the Broadway Market during Easter season. Ordered the Polish Platter which was enough food for two (2) to share, or two (2) meals. I opted for smoked sausage and cheese and kraut pierogi - all delicious! The golumbki was reminiscent of my grandmas - kapusta was just right, and fantastic potato pancakes! My husband isn't a huge fan of Polish food, but raved about the breaded pork chops and potato pancakes!“
