“Took a few extra minutes but seeing and hearing the employees they are very under staffed McDonald's during daily rushes and on line orders needs 7 to 8 employees each shift. But we only have 4 or 5. Sometimes 2 so I understand. Always fresh hot new and its hard to do it but we trying instead of closing the store or shut down drive threw earlier we stay open for our customers even tho alot of them get mad at us or get mad because its mostly we dont have it or something is broj“

“First off the food is delicious. I would definitely eat here again. My only gripe is that for almost $20 for a sandwich (Princess Peach) and tater tots it would at least come with a drink. Again food was good, however for $20 it also left something to be desired. Slaw on the sandwich was good, but didn’t snap. If it had a bit more of a vinegary snap it would compliment the sweeter flavors of the peaches and caramel. Anyway just my thoughts about it. Again, food was tasty, and I’d come back to try something else.“

“Saturday my wife and I came out for a late lunch. I had a Cinco Capital and she had a chicken sandwich. I have ate her multiple times on lunch at work and loved it but this was my wife’s first time. She loved the chickens breading and is very very picky about chicken. The following morning she said I could really go for another one of those chicken sandwiches. It was just sooooo good. Unfortunately I live an hour away and it would never show up warm and as good as we had for lunch. Keep up the great food and great atmosphere. I always try and suggest or recommend it to my peers.“

I got to see for myself, I ordered the Smash burger with bacon and a side of fries. Not only was the service hospitable and welcoming BUT the food was great and portions are huge too. The beef patties were very well seasoned, has crisp edges, and the lettuce, tomato, onion and alioli sauce hit perfectly! This is the best burger spot in Buffalo, no contest! “Came here for the first time last night (a Sunday evening) on a whim. After just one visit, I think I have found a new go-to spot. Was looking for a quick, satisfying meal, and that’s exactly what I got. Staff was super kind and welcoming. The quality of the food was exceptional. I got the beef kebab wrap. It was smaller than expected, but it was insanely flavorful, and the wrap itself was so perfectly crisp. My partner got the chicken Philly sub. I ended up stealing half of it from him because it was so good! (and because my wrap was a little smaller than expected 🤫). The sub roll was, again, perfectly crisp while still maintaining softness. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, and the temperature of the food was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to return!“

“The staff was nice. The prices were good. The bathrooms are not clean. The fry old was bad. The fried shrimp and French fries are apparently all cooked together in oil that tasts like Ivory bar soap.

This is store is not a good representation of the chain. The Cicero location was much cleaner and better tasting fried items.“

“Usually really good, our order is always right, but sometimes it’s a group of young kids working that don’t really seem to care about whether you get your food/ice cream at a decent time or not. They tend to care more about being on their phones and listening to music/joking with each other than customer service but that seems to be pretty typical these days. Otherwise it’s been good“

“we recently moved here. my family wanted pizza so we tried Pizza by Molino's. hands down they were fantastic. There pizza was perfect and so yummy. There wings were big and very saucy and juicy. nothing was over cooked and the pizza was not mostly sauce. This is my family's new pizza place.“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. Desperate for some sustenance, we ventured out into the frosty night in search of a bite to eat. To our surprise, most places had closed their doors early due to the snowstorm, leaving us in quite a pickle.That's when we stumbled upon a shining beacon of hope – Five Guys! Not only were they open, but the aroma of sizzling burgers and fresh-cut fries welcomed us like an old friend. We couldn't believe our luck, and the warmth of the restaurant was a stark contrast to the cold outside.We entered, and the staff greeted us with cheerful smiles, despite the late hour. Being a lover of branding and business, I couldn't help but admire their efficient operation and branding consistency. The place wasn't bustling with activity, but the staff was on top of their game.As we placed our orders, the anticipation grew. I ordered their classic cheeseburger with all the toppings, while Roman opted for a bacon cheeseburger. They were thrilled to dive into their cheeseburgers.We grabbed a hightop and as we waited for our food, we regaled each other with tales of our epic billiards showdown. The ambiance was quiet, and we could hardly contain our excitement.When the food arrived, it was like heaven on a tray. The burgers were juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and we couldn't help but share our delight with the Five Guys team.Between bites, I couldn't resist discussing their brilliant marketing strategies, even in the midst of a late-night snack. “My family and I happened to stop by Hamburg after a day at Niagara Falls and Augie’s were open right as we passed by around 11:15.
All I can say is we were all glad we decided not to go to McDonalds over this one.
Parking was readily available in a public lot nearby and walking into the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm space-themed atmosphere.
We ordered multiple Sizzle Burgers (which were only $5 Monday), a spicy chicken burger, and a Cora Explorer (upon our amazing cashier’s recommendation) for burgers alongside poutine and fries.
The burgers were delicious, served with fresh ingredients and offering a very comfortably handheld yet filling portion size. The fries were crispy and abundant.
The peak of the brunch, however, would be the Chocolate Milkshake just short of 10 bucks.
I can comfortably say this was the best milkshake I might have ever had. Rich with chocolate, cold and refreshing, and a generous amount of cream without being ridiculously heavy.
The last highlight was the lovely young lady taking our orders. She was very helpful and patient (not to mention just minutes after opening) throughout the process of ordering and her recommendations all proved to be excellent.
On my three day trip throughout Buffalo and the Niagara Falls, Augie’s is the only restaurant in which all 6 party members left fulfilled and wishing to return another time!“
