“I’m very happy that my friend recently introduced me to the Educated Chef breads! We have tried the whole wheat sourdough, rye sourdough, and multiseed sourdough. All delicious!! We have eaten fresh and also followed the directions he gave for freezing in slices. Works beautifully!“

“What a great diner! We were staying in Fishkill for a couple nights and chose to eat at Red Line Diner both nights. Our waiters Drew on Friday and then Dario on Saturday night were awesome. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere and comfort this diner provides is the best! I hope to go there again someday.“
