“Went to Grumpy Jack's to celebrate my granddaughter's H.S. graduation. We were a table of 22, seated upstairs. Our waitress, Joelle, was amazing. She was working the entire restaurant. The downstairs and our group upstairs. She was very pleasant, professional, and did a great job handling everything herself. The food was so good. There are so many food options on the menu, it caters to everyone's tastes. Definitely recommend going there and we will definitely go back. Looking forward to it!!“

“I became a regular diner to Riley’s a couple of years ago. Gotta tell ya, the food is as good as any high restaurant I eat at and I dine out a lot. Fun, delicious, quality menu that has never once disappointed on any item, ever. Yes it is mostly basic pub food but so are 50% of the restaurants on Long Island now and Fibbers is perfect and priced more than fair. Can’t remember the servers but the two ladies are always right there, refills on drinks, food on time and always with a smile regardless how busy they are. Come back soon guys! Manager Stacy was very helpful, nice and accommodating (especially with time, date & the menu) Her staff was very friendly and on point with serving drinks. Atmosphere was clean, fun and upbeat. The place is spacious and had 2 pool tables, a few dart boards and quick draw. It was so much fun and our guests loved it. The Speakeasy downstairs was so beautiful and private. Went with my mom and my kids, kids chose from the kids menu and they split a Caesar salad. They were happy with their food. We had the fried spuds- delicious. I ordered the chicken Milanese and my mom got the chicken vodka pizza. Both delicious- generous portion sizes- had plenty of leftovers. They were out of the dessert we wanted but the chocolate chip cookies were surprisingly delicious. I will definitely be back for their Date night with my husband!“

He reviewed our entire order before walking away, our food was delicious and came quickly. He checked on us several times and a very pleasant attitude. “My family and I visited on Sunday, November 16, 2025, and had Gianna as our server. She greeted us with a smile and gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. She made appetizer recommendations, and we went with the loaded fries.

The main meal arrived HOT; maybe I should have waited just a minute to sample my skillet meal! Gianna was always available for us and made sure that our glasses were never empty. She is a valuable asset to Applebee's East Islip.

“I have used their curbside a couple times and each time I ended up having to go in to get my food. If they advertise curbside through the app and ask for the car color and type they should bring the food out instead of having the customer go in. Most times they are pretty empty inside when I have to go in to get my food.“
