“We just had the best time! Capped off our Christmas Eve shopping at Rogues. Food was great! Crispy wings with mixed garlic parm and medium sauces and their steak fries! Nice beer selections and FANTASTIC service! Thanks for a great experience!“

“I stayed here at the Rogues Harbor Inn in a beautiful room in March with my daughter. We absolutely loved the place. The owner paid attention to detail with the pictures, furniture, room decor, etc. The place was so inviting! There was a most beautiful “ surprising” breakfast room when we opened the double doors to go in for breakfast! ( You will see when you go there… I don’t want to ruin the surprise)… Maybe my daughter and I are silly about things like this but our mouths dropped and we couldn’t stop smiling… Not to mention the best breakfast…Oh and there is a bar attached to the inn that you could only get back into the inn with your key card… The bar was a quiet bar, with great food and service, and we were so happy to get food after a long day of travel without getting back into the car! The history of this place was just so interesting, the place was impeccably clean and the owner was wonderful. We loved this place so much…5 stars all the way.. in fact we need to make another trip back soon!“

“I grew up in New Rochelle, NY and thus got to go to NYC quite often. For me, NYC pizza can't be topped. This place and Franco's in downtown Ithaca are about as close to NYC Pizza as it gets without actually Being NYC Pizza!

A couple of bonuses here are:
-the house salad always has beautiful, fresh and crispy lettuce (I've experienced much of the opposite from multiple pizzarias out here) as well as the best variety of fresh veggies to go along with it
-the portions of the Tiramisu are for one, delicious but also Generous. Especially for $5!

Occasionally, they may be understaffed and there may be a wait. Stay patient and kind - it's worth the wait!“

“This winery in downtown Ithica is in a beautiful building and has a small wine museum inside. The owner is so passionate and knowledgeable about the history of wine and winemaking. The tasting menu is small but wonderful with some off dry wines and dessert wines. I enjoyed the experience completely and did not leave empty handed.“

Every item is, or is available, gluten-free. The only things not gluten-free is the pasta & rolls, but gluten-free is available. The fryer is gluten-free only so fries are safe for even Celiacs!

I personally had the fish & chips, which is fried gluten free cod, & was incredible! Other menu items (curry & fried rice special with GF fried tofu pictured) also looked amazing! There is no doubt that will be back again soon!!!! Need to try the mac & cheese and so many other menu options!!!!“

The staff training is excellent. Consistently friendly and helpful.

The food is tasty. Filling. Probably high calorie, high fat. You want a Chili's meal? Go to Chili's. You want healthy vegan food? Ithaca has lots of other places for that.

Some of the specials are a very good value. The old 3-for-$10 special is gone; it's now $11 and has a limited choice of entrees. It's still a good value, and the hamburger may be the best in Ithaca.

Consider what's on the TV screens before you sit, and ask to sit facing something you want to see. Otherwise (perish the thought) you'll have to make conversation with your tablemates...unless you brought a smartphone.“

“My boyfriend and I went here together for the very first time and had an amazing experience. The food was fresh, the service was quick and our waitress was very kind. The only drawback to our experience was the manchild in the restaurant when we arrived. He was sitting at a table with 2 others dining in as we were, and decided that screaming at the waitress, the chef, and 2 other employees was an appropriate course of action after there was a misunderstanding when he and my boyfriend ordered something similar and the manchild was accidentally brought the wrong dish. With an air of not so subtle racism, he accused them of doing it on purpose, and demanded all of their meals (his as well as his other two very unfortunate dining companions) be completely comped, to which the other unfortunate people dining with the manchild, all completely horrified of his behavior, paid their tab and wanted to leave quickly. The employees at the establishment handled the situation SO professionally and immediately did everything to remedy the situation, which made our experience there even better. We ordered food to go, and will definitely be recommending this location to others and returning here our next time in Ithaca. Hopefully manchild will stay at home and cook his own food next time- and again- kudos to the lovely staff at Saigon!“

Chocolate croissant wasn’t the fluffiest but still tasty, and the shortbread cookies were simple and satisfying. “Wonderful Food- Just Ask That They Be More Realistic About Prep Time.Their sushi is prepared well and the best deal in town. But you may want to double the time they give you for pick up orders. It's possible that they don't want to tell you the realistic time because it will sound too long. We ordered the Sushi for Two (which is easily enough for four-- and we have big appetites!) It was beautifully prepared-- but they told me 25 minutes and it was closer to an hour. Double the time, and then you will be very happy with this place!“

“The sandwiches are actually quite good. I like that it is open for a long time so if I miss the usual lunch time and can still grab something to eat. Also there is rarely much of a queue so it is perfect for something fast. The Big Red Barn also has sandwiches but it takes them longer to make them, in my experience.“

“If you want to have newly made, quick Asian Food (especially Thai & Japanese), Oishii Bowl is the place I always regularly visit.

The taste is really delicious! The price & the portion is reasonable. The quality is good. The atmosphere is clean.

We can order via Kiosk/ Tablet and that’s convenient. They have 2 options: dine-in and take-away. The only thing I would critic is that we cannot add on some proteins in dish, unless you directly contact with staffs (which normally are not there at the counter).

“My wife and I have been to nearly all of the restarants in this town and sense the covid nonsense started the quality has taken a dive, the prices have only increased, and the service leaves us wondering . Not so at Uncle Joes. The food here is consistantly excelent, the prices reasonable, and the service on point. You will spend a lot more for a lot less on the other side of town.“

“Just dropped off our daughter at college and we were hungry from all the lifting! We wanted something relatively healthy that wasn’t too heavy. Spicy Asian was great! We got fried dumplings (ok, maybe not the healthiest 😝) and were so delicious - it didn’t taste oily and they might be homemade? My husband and I shared the chicken, beef and shrimp with broccoli in garlic sauce and it was amazing. I overheard the waitress tell another table that they make their own egg rolls, so had to try that! It was very tasty (I would have preferred some meat in it but it tasted very light-perfect amount of wrapper where some places have it too thick. Excited to take my daughter here when we come visit!“

“We had a great experience at The Boatyard Grill!!! We did not make a reservation and we were quickly seated. The server was kind and attentive. She came just enough times to make sure we were okay. We ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll, and made a combination of the Maker's Mark Sirloin and the Campfire Ribeye dish. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were more than enought to feed my husband and I. The prices were affordable for the meal that was served.

“THIS IS THE BEST KOREAN RESTAURANT IN ITHACA HANDS DOWN. I love this place so much. The women who works here is also so sweet. The menu is so great and diverse. The food is well spiced and actually spicy!! Please come if you like real Korean or Chinese food. It’s a comfort spot for sure! Jayook Kimchi is my fav dish here.“
