“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“stopped at Grounds in the Bronx on my way back to Westchester from Queens. We took six to go, one BEC on a fruity pebbles donut and vanilla coconut Thai iced tea. Best donuts I've had in the boroughs next to Donut Plant in Brooklyn! Will definitely stop again...soon!!!“

“These are the lightest, melt-in-your-mouth glazed donuts I’ve found in Westchester!!! I also love their coconut donuts and huge sesame bagels!!! Many choices but choices dwindle after 9:00 am so go early. One is able to select a perfectly ripe banana at checkout if trying to eat healthy…hahaha“

“When I first attended this Dunkin 3 years ago, it was definitely not as good as it is now. It has changed a lot. Kanis deserves a raise; she has served me so many times and never disappoints. Thank you Kanis! You’re awesome! This establishment is under good Management.“

“Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“

“Always friendly and excellent service at this Dunkin Donuts. The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh. Just -1 star for switching from Coca-Cola products to the lower quality Pepsi products. Bring back the quality sodas or, at the very least, offer both.“

“While I acknowledge that parking can be an issue, I find that the exceptional service provided by the employees more than makes up for it. They treat you like a friend, often remembering your name and preferred order, which makes every visit a pleasant experience.“

“Yesterday I was rushing like normal, but I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get an iced coffee and I accidentally left my wallet with all my money in it. I showed up the next day and before I could even ask for if they remembered exactly who I was and returned my wallet to me with everything in it. The employees are extremely honest and polite here. I highly recommend you choose to Dunkin’ Donuts for its quality service and atmosphere.“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

“We love side door donuts! It’s become a Saturday tradition with our toddler. So many great choices and I have to admit even the plan and cinnamon sugar ones are delicious.
