“I went here with my wife for Valentine’s Day for a lunch date and it was excellent. To start we got the barata which was fresh and paired nicely with the bread they gave us. Then we got a Filet Mignon, Lamb, baked potato, Mac and Cheese, and Asparagus. All of it was fantastic. My wife is pregnant so they made her a mocktail and I got an old fashioned. They nailed both drinks. Overall these guys delivered and made our final Valentine as a family of two special. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this spot and we will be back.“

“What a wonderful, classy place! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had a great experience. We requested to sit outside because we had our 2 month old with us. A table with extra space outside was reserved for us, which was so sweet. Throughout the night our baby was loud and fussy, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating (offering to turn down the music, checking in on us, and even offering to rock the baby to sleep for us haha). Every staff member was professional and helpful and made us feel comfortable and special. At the end of the meal, they sang happy anniversary to us with a sparkler in our dessert. All the food was delicious and perfectly cooked, as well. The crab cake and octopus appetizers were especially tasty, and we appreciated the extensive wine list. So happy to have such a wonderful place in the neighborhood; we will certainly be back!“

“As always, Ruth's Chris was wonderful. We go every year for my husband's birthday and it's the perfect meal every time. From the cocktails and wine to the salads and perfectly prepared steaks and sides and of course dessert, we always leave feeling full and satisfied. Our server Mandy remembered us from the previous year and was laid back but attentive. We will of course be back soon.“

“The rotisserie chicken is served with cooked carrots broccoli and cauliflower - crisp but a little boring. It also comes with a roasted garlic head. Press the cloves sour of the head, mash them with your fork and use it to rub the chicken in. OUTSTANDING. Overall a very good disk. I've ordered it several times and enjoyed it each time.“

“Love it here. Easy spot with the kids and affordable kids dishes, which we appreciate. Weve been here so often. Only thing I want to me tion is we recently went here and as nice as our waiter was, I felt as though he's costing TR money because he brought us Soooo many rolls. We counted maybe 20 rolls in total because he gave us a bag of 8 or so when we were leaving which we didn't ask for. The kids kept eating them and he kept bringing them.
On top of it, he brought us 2 extra milks for the kids out of kindness. Additionally, my husband was only halfway through his soda, and he brought him another one and took the other half away.
He was nice and very attentive, but maybe just giving away way too many extras that just eats into the revenues I'm sure. Overall, still a great spot.“

“I’ve been going to Hendricks for years and never did I have a bad experience there. My wife and I have gone together or we’ve been there for large gatherings as well and always a great time and amazing food. One of the most underrated restaurants on Long Island.“

“Was here last summer,after hiking the Old Croton Aqueduct/Untermeyer Park Conservatory(the summer of record heat), and it was super cool inside, servers, bar patrons were friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and definitely the best porterhouse steak, I ever had!“

“Had dinner this past Sunday, vibes was great, food an service was amazing they made sure we were good the entire time , even when we weren’t satisfied with one of our sides they asked “how can we make it better?” Tho I said it was okay since everything else was perfect they gave us complementary wine and a a crème brûlée cheesecake. The crab cake and Ribey steak was 1000/10! A little pricey but would visit again !“
