Their drive-thru is terrible most days. I have to wait 10 minutes to get my drink order. They really should have two separate lines for food and drink. It’s ridiculous.
3 separate take out orders were wrong. 1. ham egg and cheese, missing ham. 2. ham egg and cheese, wrong sandwich given. 3. sausage egg and cheese, missing sausage. 3 separate dates.
Just received the most disgusting sandwich. Missing most of the ingredients. And what was there was not good. Panera has really gone down hill in quality.
