“Ray the owner is the coolest guy!! He is very courteous, friendly and knows his cuisine very well. I brought my friend to taste the food of Persia (Mediterranean). He loved every bit of it. I always go back for more delicious appetizers, the Samosas I love a lot, the main entree i.e., BARG, or Lamb Chops, Lamk Kebab, and much more. Ingredients are very fresh, chicken & steak shawarma was flavorful. Food was light but very filling. One thing though, the music was way too loud and we thought we ordered two bowls. Slight miscommunication but the man at the front was extremely friendly. Everything turned out fine because that one bowl was filling enough for the both of us! We've been very health conscious these days so we'll definitely be back. This and Pokeworks is now our two favorite spots.“

“We arrived at Lisbon Cafe at 3:00 pm, atfter lunch hour rush and we had the luxury of dining al fresco. The staff were friendly, attentive and knew the details of the menu items.
We ordered three appetizers - Grilled Calamari, Bolinhos e bacalhau, Portuguese clams. The sauce of the clams was out of this world! We mopped them out with soft bread! The combination of clam and pork sausage was perfect! The grilled calamari paired well with peppers and tomatoes.

The cod cakes were melt in your mouth soft.

For main, we ordered Feijoada de Mariscos, Bacalhau a Lagareiro, and Chanfana Cabrito (Braised Goat). The meal was served with salads and rice. We ate everything with gusto and with delightful satisfaction!

“The food was pretty good, I just had a sandwich, but the service and atmosphere were excellent! Felt quiet and detached from the rest of the airport. I travel 60+ day a year and this place felt different. Great bartender, too. I didn't catch his name, but it was obvious he really cared about his craft.“

Prices were pretty steep though ($53 including tax and tip for just two dishes and the Shakshuka is a bit smaller) Seems like it’s more of a to-go spot, the seating inside is high top bar style along the wall.“

“I'd like to give kudos to Nick and his staff at Veranda Restaurant & Cafe. We held my daughter's bridal shower brunch for 22 people there today under the pergola. The food was excellent, and the waitstaff led by Daniel was impeccable! I highly recommend this venue.

Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to cilantro, so they prepared guacamole specially for me without this ingredient.
