“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. “I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. “I visited Gran Caffe Gelateria with a few friends for a late-night dessert after dinner, and we were also looking for a good coffee spot. This place had great reviews, so we decided to check it out, especially since it stays open late.

The gelato selection was impressive, offering a variety of flavors at a great price point—definitely good value for the quality. The gelato itself was super creamy and delicious, better than many places I’ve tried before. I also appreciated that the portion sizes were generous.

As for the customer service, while the staff was polite, I felt the engagement could have been better. When asking about flavors and pricing, it was a bit of a one-sided conversation. Since it wasn’t too busy at the time, I would have preferred a little more interaction to make the experience feel more welcoming.

The coffee and espresso were also fantastic, with a surprisingly good value for the price. My friends and I were impressed with the flavor and quality.

One thing to keep in mind is parking—since it’s a corner shop, parking was limited, and we had to park about half a block away. If you're planning a visit, just be prepared for that.

“I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?
