“This is one of my favorite breweries in the area, maybe even on all of Long Island, and we spend a lot of time at breweries!
I love the little outdoor area. There are umbrellaed picnic tables, adirondack chairs, and simple cocktail tables with chairs.
The beer is really good. There is always a variety from IPAs to belgiums and fruities. I believe 8 choices. Now I also see cocktails on their menu. Though as much as I am a vodka martini fan, if I can have a good beer, I always opt for the beer. But, I just overheard the guy from Sand City Brewery commenting to Melissa the bar tender, that she makes the best cocktails. So you can't not have a good night here!
My fav this summer is the Summer Seance. Its a hazy double IPA that is not too sweet, not too hoppy, and not heavy. I have never been disappointed by any of their beers.
Lindenhurst train station is walking distance. And we order food from down the road and eat at the picnic tables. Very nice evening!“

“My daughter and I happened upon this place and we were so happy we did! Chris (not sure if he was the owner or not) was super helpful since we have food allergies. He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun. Kudos to them for a really great place, definitely go visit!“

Now MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to our right hand man Johnathan. I was a restaurant manager for 8yrs, when I tell you he is every managers dream of the perfect staff. He was super nice kind funny welcoming attentive helpful throughout the entire time. Never overbearing always right on time, we never had to look for him or ask for anything he knew before we knew. It's located inside the multi tenant building so you can't really see it from the outside or as you come in through the parking lot. Nonetheless, I had ordered an açaí bowl and an orange you glad juice which was just the perfect blend of orange, carrot & ginger! It was fresh and full of flavor! My açaí bowl was also good and packed with fresh fruits (very berry bowl). I would deff come back here in the future and can't wait to try out the other options!“

“Never disappointed by TBC. I love the variety on their menu - often different styles of beer from anything else I typically run into at a craft brewery. The space is super roomy, industrial yet comfortable, with plants everywhere, video games, darts, fooseball and other activities. Staff is quirky and fun - we usually go to visit Ashley on Wednesdays and it’s always a great time. There’s often a killer food truck parked outside, and we always make it a point to attend Sundaze at the brewery, the last Sunday of every month - such an awesome weed-friendly event. Don’t sleep on this place - the down-to-earth atmosphere and delicious brews will keep you coming back for more.And to the male Karen (would that be a Chad?) whining about them closing for private events down below - grow up. The world doesn’t revolve around you.“
