“Lovely spot. A short walk from the restaurant and you can see the Mohawk River and Erie canal. There's peaceful outdoor seating. You order at the counter, then your order is brought to your table. The pizza was good - nice size, fresh ingredients, and had that wood fired crunch that just can't be matched.”

“10/10 recommend Bella Vista Restaurant for any banquets or events. The atmosphere is great for events, everything was set up exactly how we discussed. The food was amazing. Service was excellent. We had a party of 30 and everything went perfect. The food we requested was made fresh that day for the buffet, they even made accommodations for my guest who was vegetarian, they allowed me to come in early to decorate for the event, they packed all the remaining food to go for everyone, they made sure to fill waters and clear dirty dishes. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to celebrate for a birthday, graduation, work event, etc. The price was more than reasonable for what we requested. Owners are great with communication and ensuring everything is done exactly how requested. We had a great time and will definitely be back for dinner. Thanks so much Bella Vista !!!!”

“This place has been around for so long it has become a staple in little falls. It's still has the Cozy Cafe feel in a fast-paced world. The servers are excellent and attentive. The food is home-y and delicious. I came here to meet up with some friends for coffee and a light breakfast. It did not disappoint. I look forward to going back.”

“Went here with my friend on the way to Lake Goerge and it’s gonna be our stop every time. Looking it up the atmosphere had me hooked alone and then once we got there we had the pleasure of having Michelle as our bartender. Her personality along with Cassandra’s made our ride there. And the food was phenomenal they have fried cherry peppers which I never had and we’ll be making when we get back. And of course, the drinks were delicious and made with love. Thanks for having us, the hospitality is very impressive!”

“The only reason they got a 4 instead of a 5 rating. Cause had to wait for someone to come to the counter to see they had customers. And there were two of them working that day. Some days ppl don't have the time to stand around and wait to get service, but that day they almost lost two customers. Me and another lady.”

I walked out extra happy.. i ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and ice brown sugar oat shaken espresso drinks. the girl made my drink just the way / how I like my ice coffee. Its my usual ibsose drinks that I always get when i do buy coffee from sb. 🙂🙂🙂 thank you im very happy she made the drinks just the way it tasted like when i did buy it the first time. A lot of other starbucks place failed to make the drink well in my home area lately. The usual starbucks i go to, they would tell me that they were short supplies on the brown sugar after 2 failed drinks of ibsose that I ordered from Starbucks but never mentioned when i ordered it or some just dont seem to know how to make the iced drink . But im happy today at this location.”

“Drive through order wasn't correct as usual. Got home to find that the hashbrowns were most likely from the day before. Not edible. The Egg McMuffin was like biting into rubber. The Sausage McMuffin with egg was burnt. I used the 20% off App code, but since they didn't get the order correct I ended up spending more. Employees looked like they all just rolled out of bed. Not impressed at all.”

“We drove for 4 hours today to start our vacation in Herkimer. We arrived to town hungry. We found the PK’s on Apple Maps. We arrived in time for dinner. The Pub was packed, but it felt comfortable. The staff were helpful and caring. They checked in with us a few times to be sire we were all set. The meals we had were perfect. The prices were perfect too. Food was delicious—highly recommend Sunrise Tostadas! Coffee was great. Check for five was only $85–very reasonable. Bathroom was clean and quite lovely a space. Definitely will be back here. Want to check out the outdoor seating area.”
