“This place has a great vibe as well as a great selection of food hot and cold. I went for a beef empanada and a turkey pepper jack cheese and honey mustard sandwich. The empanada was very flavorful and doesn’t need sauce. The sandwich had a great balance the bread was soft and the meat was savory the cheese was a perfect balance and the honey mustard is one of the best I have had in a long time.I highly recommend this spot.“

“So we threw a party at our home last weekend 8/13/22. I ordered 2 three foot wedges one was a turkey club the other was pepperoni salami peppers and pesto mayo. “My husband and I stopped here a couple weeks ago on a trip to visit family. I was 8 weeks pregnant at the time and struggling with morning sickness. I got a breakfast sandwich here and I have not been able to stop thinking about it since, it was that good. The bagel was fresh and toasted perfectly, the eggs were cooked to perfection, not burn even with a tiny about of runny yolk remaining. The bacon was melt in your mouth delicious without crumbling into your lap. My husband got a sub sandwich and he said it was better than his favorite deli from his hometown. I think we will make this a regular stop. I highly recommend.“

“Came on a weekday while waiting to get my car fixed - great selection, reasonable prices. Loved the Italian Combo - so much fresh meat, delicious peppers, strangely light (ended up eating eat over two days)! Also had the Chubby Chicken which was a little disappointing - pretty salty, a bit dry and bread to filling ratio was off. The cole slaw and rice pudding, though, were great - will def come back with an appetite and try the other delicious looking sandwiches!“

“Old world beautiful Polish deli. Very fresh hot dogs and kielbasa. Fresh bread delivered daily. And the frozen perogies are good. These are the items we buy there in bulk every few months and they freeze very well. Hey, its the last surviving Polish deli in a very Polish area. Better get there soon.“

“A bit overpriced but consistently good food. You can make your own chopped salad, or order yourself a sandwich. Cafe Bella has a couple of small tables in the middle of the floor for those in need of a quick bite on-the-go. There is a credit card minimum of $10 which they are very strict about.“

“One of the best Deli’s on Long Island. Large variety of food and salads. Clean building and friendly staff. They even have a brick oven for pizza and calzones. A little expensive but definitely worth it. They even own the restaurant (Franina’s) next door. Great food from both places.“

“Took the pup to a dog run in Eisenhower Park and stopped here for a sandwich. I missed them last time when I was coming back from jones beach by a few minutes since they close early at 4pm. Lady working suggested chicken cutlets since they just came out and they were crispy and delicious. “I found out about Karina's Deli from a friend of a friend who told me that he likes the food there. I live close by so I decided to try it last month. The place is on Maple Ave and close to the Westbury LIRR. When you walk in you see a bunch of different hot foods chilling there looking tasty. I got a large container ($7) and asked for yellow rice, plantains, and pork (I think it's pernil, but I could be wrong - see the pictures). With tax it came out to $7.60. I paid with credit card and left. I got home and started eating. Wow, it was amazing. First off, they packed a dump load of food in the container, which I really appreciated. The pork wasn't ultra soft, but felt apart decently well. It tasted so good and had some sort of crazy glaze to it that was so tasty. The pork is just crazy good; end of story. The rice and plantains were also ultra satisfying too. Nothing much to really describe but it complimented the pork about as well as possible. Hopefully I have consistently great experiences when I go back in the future. For now I think this is 5 star status for sure. My meal was immensely satisfying and the value is unbeatable. Punta Cana on Post Ave has amazing ratings that are well deserved, but I think this place might be better. Guess we'll see based on future visits.“
