Its as close to Russ&Daughters as you're going to get on LI. Veg cream cheese is fresh and tasty! Most places just through some scarps and scallions.“

Alexis and her team are a good staple in our community, they remember names, they remember orders & if there’s ever a mistake they are quick to remedy it. Once, our order got switched with someone else’s and the next day, their team surprised me with our usual order on the house due to it. It was truly not expected and kindly appreciated. It is nice moving back to Queens from Brooklyn, and see them in action. We love our bagels and they can make a mean breakfast sandwich to boot! They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. “Love this place! The food and drinks are always great, but I do think the ordering and pickup process could be improved. There seems to be a lot of confusion when people walk in to pick up orders they’ve placed online or over the phone.

I think having a separate line specifically for pickups, along with a clear sign that says “Online Pickups Here,” would make the process much easier , quicker, and more organized because I still had to wait 15 minutes when picking up an online order the other day. Other than that, I really enjoy this place and will definitely be back!“
