“For the true bagel lovers out there, have you ever envisioned a wall covered in a huge variety of bagels? To walk into this place and smell fresh baked bread and see the variety of bagels offered are something to behold. This place is the castle of the kingdom of bagels and happens to include a deli and small grocery along with tables and chairs at which one could enjoy a meal. Beach Bagel and Deli is a mecca for me. Whenever I am in town, I buy some bagels for my trip and then I end up taking several more to travel back home, freeze, and thaw out some weeks later as a pleasant reminder of where I was at the beach and where I had to go to get this perfect piece of bread. Of course, many varieties of cream cheese are offered, some plainer than others, but all delicious and easily packaged at your request. I loved hearing people order their breakfast sandwiches which were quickly produced, wrapped, and placed in brown paper bags. And one thing more, this place will actually send you bagels anywhere you live! The ladies are extremely helpful and work with you to get your breakfast ready for you! Try Beach Bagel and Deli. There are so many kinds of bagels that ONE will pique your interest. They are big and beautiful and luscious and delicious! Not one of the other even better known bagel producers has it on Beach Bagel and Deli. As I said, they are the castle of the kingdom.“

“The hot Chopped Cheese hoagie is very, very good. The best that I have had on Long Island. Staff are kind and friendly. Open late; which is always great, but remember that it's in the West End of Long Beach, which has more locations serving booze into the wee hours than Burning Man, and so things can get dicey down on Beech Street after 10 pm. But the Chopped Cheese is worth it.“

“This Deli has something no other deli has, which is imported cigars. Furthermore, they have a large selection considering they aren't a smoke shop. I even found a Cameroon cigar there and Cameroon cigars are hard to find. Even smoke shops have none or few Cameroon's. It was CAO Cameroon. I'll be going back there again soon.“

“The best deli! The staff is amazing, the portions are huge, the quality is unbelievable! This deli is always busy- for a reason. They really run a great place. Breakfast or lunch, they make a great sandwich and the guys that work here are gems. My wife showed me this place when we started dating and they never stopped being spectacular. “I just had the best egg salad sandwich of my life here. (It looked so good that I dove right in and forgot to take a picture). Huge amount of egg salad, creamy, delicious. This deli is small and looks like the kind of place that has been there for many years-in a good way. As soon as you walk in, you just know it's going to be good. The two women who work there were very friendly. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back for an egg sandwich, which seem to be their specialty judging from their online menu and the smell of eggs wafting through the store.“

“The customer service was splendid. I ordered the Ham Classic Signature Sandwich with no tomatoes. The lady cashier was so nice. The man in the back made my order. I spoke to him and he was nice as well. I ate the sandwich and it was good, but they put honey mustard with the mayonnaise. That wasn't a good combo for me. I think next time, I'll only get the mayonnaise. I ate their oatmeal raisin cookie and it was good, too. I purchased their champagne mustard and can't wait to see how that tastes.

Parking: The location of the establishment is next to a Good Year tire company. I missed this location on the GPS, since it is so tiny. Look for Good Year and it is in a parking lot with a bagel shop and some other stores.“

“So I randomly found this deli on google and I’m happy I did. I walked in and they were busy but they still greeted me at the door. Which right there and then I knew it was a great place. (From on business owner to another that is huge plus) I went to the counter the man asked what I wanted I said I have never been here before but I have to get my son from school I just finished the gym and I’m starving. It was 8:50am and I already had ordered hash browns with my breakfast; I wouldn’t have ordered French fries with that.“

My only complaint is that I had Haitian Chicken over Rice, but the rice tasted unwashed ruining the dish (the chicken was still good). Other than that, I loved every other option. All delicious but my favorite has to be the carnitas, and this is mostly because the owners wife makes the pork from pork shoulder and she's Dominican so she makes it as pernil which I grew up eating and it's my favorite rendition of pork. So it's fair to say that I've been here like 3 times in the past month and a half after finding this spot ? but it's bc in all honesty these are some of the best tacos in the area (Elmont/valley stream) and especially the best carnitas (pork) tacos in the area. We can try and compare other spots, but I promise you it's just your pride lol if we are talking Elmont this is the spot. Very authentic and the portions are crazy, I can throw down but I'm good with 4-5 tacos. Tbh once you go into 5-6 you're gonna be in the food baby territory of fullness, just get a Jarrito for the bevy and you'll be golden beloved.“

I appreciate all things old school and “how they should be”… This little culinary gem is a prime example of that. It’s like a hippy and a Jewish deli owner got married and started a business and you are the beneficiary of sandwich and soup that achieves “excellent” status! If you eat here and don’t try the potato salad you have made a grave error and I am going to have to question your credibility on all things food or food adjacent. Make good choices and eat this potato salad. Eat it slowly. Shed a tear for yourself, because if this is the first time you are eating it….. you have sorely missed out on something special. You deserve it. I had the New York Deli Classic. Pastrami that has attained the level of mana. That’s all you and your kids, family and weird work friends need to know. If you do not try this sandwich, I will come to your home and let your pets go and dump your neighbors’ trash bins into your yard. You have been told. Do something about it. Eat here or else Fido will be loosed on the neighborhood.“

The food was all vegetarian [Eggplant, Egg salad, Tuna, Veggie wrap, Potato salad, Cole slaw] and no complaints from any of the guests, so all good.
