We enjoyed the sushi rolls we ordered (eel avocado and spicy yellowtail). The flavors were good and they were generous with the fillings. We liked that they included mini sauce pates to put soy sauce in.

The kimchi tofu soup was a bit disappointing for the price. It looked nothing like the pictures online and flavor-wise, it tasted like the diluted juice from a kimchi container (which I don’t hate but for $8 an order, I expected a little more).“

The staff here are very kind and friendly and will happily fix your order if you get the wrong food. I am a huge fan of their menu, they have a lot of great items on it despite it being so limited. My go to ramen has to be the spicy ramen, it has a rich creaminess, with the hint of spice for those looking for that extra kick to dance on their taste buds. The meat is nice and tender, going hand in hand for a good song and dance with those chewy yet soft noodles that go down as easy as the soup. So much to love about this place, especially when it's so close to one of the objective best malls on Long island. Definitely my go to hang out spot for food, never has let me down!“

“I work across the street and over the past year this family owned restaurant has become my go to for lunch.
The lunch menu prices are more than fair and the food is delicious and the healthy, especially for this area.

I always recommend my coworkers, freelancers on a shop day, and even clients to try out Yoho. Now they're also regulars!
They even share a free parking lot behind their store which is very convenient.“

“This spot is a neighborhood GEM. I hope the people living here know this. Best Sushi and sashimi for miles around. Solid everytime. The fish is kept well and served well. “I'd recommend this place ... sort of. We chose to sit on the dining side since it was only two of us and didn't want the "show". The service was friendly and good but not overly attentive. Our drinks were very good and a fair price (we had the Oceanside Zombie but without the Sprite added). We both ordered the hibachi surf and turf (lobster and filet mignon) which came with a house salad and clear soup, both of which we really enjoyed. The filet was tasty but the pieces were cut very unevenly so some pieces were medium rare and others were close to well done. The lobster tail was very small and too salty. I would not order it again. I was completely disappointed that the veggies were drowning in teriyaki sauce. There was no indication on the menu that they are served in sauce. I typically love hibachi vegetables but I hate teriyaki sauce! They reminded me more of Chinese takeout vegetables than Japanese hibachi. The fried rice was good but not the best. It came with lots of peas and I hate peas. Another disappointment but not a surprise was they don't offer hibachi mustard sauce. Like so many other places these days they offer yum yum sauce instead which we refused because, yuck yuck. They offered us some ice cream on the house (I think because the server knew I was very disappointed about the teriyaki sauce). It came to the table in little plastic cafeteria style cups with the pull back paper top. LOL. I'm glad it did though because the top listed the ingredients and let's just say, we immediately sent the ice cream back. All in all, not the greatest hibachi experience but also not the worst. I would maybe go back for drinks and try some other menu items ... and hold the teriyaki sauce!“

“Ordered for a company event. The owner was super nice, and the prices were very reasonable. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and they beautifully arranged the sushi on a large boat with appetizers on a smaller boat. The boat presentation immediately caught our guests’ attention and made the whole setup look unique and special. Our guests loved it! Highly recommend for private parties or events.“

“Great takeout option that both adults and children will enjoy. My kids love the chicken teriyaki over noodles or white rice, although I find that the noodles can be a bit dry and in need of more sauce at times. We’ve tried the chicken combination with other proteins as well and they were also delicious. Can’t beat the price either! Definitely getting a bang for your buck. They also sell sushi, but we have not been brave enough to try them.“

“We came in on a Sunday about 8:40, well before the listed 9:30 closing time, and were warned as we came in that they actually close at 9:20. It seemed odd that it would be an issue with plenty of time to order; but apparently unlike most restaurants the closing time is a matter of when they expect you to actually leave.

Still, with seemingly enough time, we ordered, and the appetizer - soft shell crab - came quickly. Unfortunately, though it was not one of the dishes listed as “spicy”, it came with spicy mayo on top. I told the server that I can’t eat spicy food, would not have ordered it if I had known, and asked her to take it back. She gave me an argument, saying I should have told her I can’t eat spicy food. I pointed out that since they list some dishes specifically as spicy, one would assume - as in most other restaurants - that the rest are not. She reluctantly took it back, and informed us the Angel Roll we had ordered, also not labeled spicy, came with spicy mayo on top as well, so we also asked for that to be redone.

This pushed things closer to closing time, and rushed our meal a bit. But I have to say that the food was wonderful: The crab crisp outside, moist inside; the sushi fresh, and the pineapple shrimp fried rice delicious.

So despite the unfortunate attitude we encountered, this restaurant is well worth the trip for the excellent food. Just keep in mind that the closing time is not what’s listed on the website. And that it’s best, whatever the menu says, to ask details before ordering.“
