“This McDonalds is NOT open 24/7 on any of the days they claim to be. And on Sundays they open at 6am. Otherwise, when I come here during the day, the employees are nice and they seem very organized. If you are short on time though, I would not recommend coming. This McDonalds is very busy and if you go to the drivethru, 95% of the time they will ask you to pull into a parking space and wait for someone to come out to bring your food.“

“Wanted to try this place cause I saw it pop up here in Carmel. We had an opportunity to order lunch. The food was absolutely exceptional. We are very fluent with New York delis being in Manhattan and this place I would stack up against any of them, same great portions the quality of the meat was stellar and the prices are half of what you would pay in New York City. “NEW, and love the option in the neighborhood. Wendy's does a good job at being consistent across their restaurants - I usually go for a salad and a baked potato, unique staples of fast food brands nowadays. Seating could be a little more comfortable, but I have found the service (esp. frequent driving through) to be excellent, esp. the requirement that they get my order right. Other Wendy's tend to be a toss-up for accuracy, but in my dozens of visits so far, they have been great.“

“I've been here a few times since they opened. I mainly use the app and pick the order up inside. Every time I've gone inside, you have to order through the kiosk. There is no one that takes your order behind the counter unless you go through the drive thru. The limited interaction I've had with the staff has always been good. They are polite and friendly. The food is good like your typical taco bell. The place is clean and well maintained. It's only 9 months old, so hopefully, it stays this way.“

“We go to the location in Queensbury, New York for the gluten free sandwiches very often. We drive from 45 minutes away just to get the sandwiches so I think that says a lot! Nice staff, great store hours (open late). The area really needed a 24 hour store. It’s doing a lot for the community!“

“I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bells, but this one is the gold standard. This location is consistently great in terms of food freshness, menu availability, order accuracy, etc. I’ve gotten food from here more times than I might like to admit (lunch, dinner, late-night snack) and it never fails.

Vegetarian options: Many items on the menu can be made vegetarian by substituting meat for black or refried beans. Likewise, many items can be made vegan by simply ordering them without dairy.“

“The staff at this location is very kind, pleasant and professional. I had a situation with my order today and they handled it perfectly with a smile on their face. They are very sweet. The staff is always pleasant every time I frequent this location. Place is also very clean.
Additionally, the hamburgers were very fresh as were the fries. They tasted delicious.“
