“We couldn't be seated right away due to a large party so we sat in the lounge. While we waited the owner, Frank, came over and chatted with us for a while. When it came time to eat the food was incredible the wait staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was inherently romantic. It was raining that day, but next time we hope to dine on the patio out back.“

“My wife and I came into town to run some errands and found them through a quick ‘Italian restaurant’ google search. I’m so glad we did! The wait was estimated about 20-30minutes, but we were offered seats at the bar without any wait! To our surprise there was $5 spaghetti night and what a nice welcome to find an affordable meal! We got a Moscow mule, Diet Coke, and a double shot of Tito’s vodka. Our meals were spaghetti with a meatball, rigatoni Bolognese, and crab stuffed mushrooms. The meals both came with salad and house made Italian dressing (delicious!) and complimentary homemade bread. Everything was absolutely perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bartenders were both women, and extremely quick and attentive. We had such a great experience and loved the atmosphere. The bar is very old school wood, really made you feel at home. We will be returning, I’ve heard great things about their ‘Steak Tuesdays!’“

I'm guessing a bunch of people arrived close to 6pm trying to take advantage of the Happy Hour specials. The specials were pointed out by the great wait staff. We ordered a pizza and the chicken tenders and the food was seemed quickly and hot, both great. Service was very good.“

“I love going here cause red Robin is one of my favorite restaurants. But every time we come here we are stuck standing at the front service counter wondering where the host is; waiting to be seated. Sometimes it's only 1min of waiting and sometimes it's up to 5 min.

Yall need a bell on the counter or something cause the host is always busy doing other things, not at the hostess stand where they should be.“

At times you can tell they are not cleaning the pizza oven they reheat in and the pizza will taste burnt or like another sauce from another pizza. The kids working there could be friendlier and not act like customers are bothering them when getting food. Makes me not want to go there.“

“This restaurant was close to the hotel where I was staying. The young male staff member was very friendly, always smiling, and made me feel welcome.

I ordered takeout, and I really enjoyed the dishes I chose: fried chicken over rice and stir-fried beef with vegetables in oyster sauce. Everything tasted great. The beef was especially tender and flavorful you could tell it had been marinated really well.

The restaurant also kindly gave me some complimentary fried spring rolls to try, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very generous, and the food was delicious. I noticed from other foreign customers’ reviews that the fried spring rolls are one of the most popular items there.

The food was packed very well in tightly sealed plastic containers, and everything was placed inside a paper bag as an extra layer, which I really appreciated.

They also have a huge variety of dishes on the menu, with so many options to choose from.“

The only thing that bothered me was; why was the parking lot empty!? Pete's Legacy is a few doors down and owned by the same person but they're overflowing with customers. Take a Break has food that matches Pete's in quality. More people need to go here.“
