The interior is gorgeous, and the service is consistently great. The small menu may seem intimidating, but every dish is delicious. “Dorry's Diner is a local, all-American restaurant in Whir Plains. The owner, a fan of Bruce Springsteen, has some memorabilia dedicated to The Boss on the walls. The food is fantastic, from cheeseburgers to corned-beef hash and Patty's melt burgers. The service is friendly, and Dorry herself gives great suggestions. While the fried fish sandwich may not be the highlight, the cozy atmosphere and delicious meals make Dorry's Diner a go-to spot for breakfast or lunch. Open until 3 pm, it's a must-visit if you're in the area.“

“New York Craft Coalition offers a beautiful open space with delightful beers and cocktails-in-a-can. The in-house food operation features a tight, incredibly satisfying menu of burgers, wings, tacos, and other beer-friendly fare. Their house lagers are incredibly smooth, and the main stout is phenomenal. The location is attached to a craft beer market, making it a little hard to find. The ambience is excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.“
