“I frequently support OH. I love their beer and go to their locations in Brooklyn and at Rock Center. I was recently disappointed recently by the pours and prices during an Oktoberfest collab event at the Rockefellar location. However, the manager (Dave) was very kind in approaching me about the issue and was very sincere and personal in his acknowledgement that they were trying something new. I really respected that and would like to give them credit for addressing a customer complaint instead of ignoring it.“

Jose, the owner, made the experience even better. He was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys talking with his customers. Recommend coming with your full party and getting in early because most the benches are first come first serve. We encounters no lines for a match and then really long ones for knockouts so plan accordingly.
