“It’s incredibly difficult to find a bakery that can make a delicious gluten-free free cake, but Sisters has not only nailed the recipe they have also set a very high standard! Those of us who have to be GF constantly lower our expectations. That’s just how it is! My birthday cake was the most delicious cake I’ve ever had and it was gorgeous! Thank you so much for the attention to detail and for being such amazing bakers! ???“

“Held 2 birthday parties at home with Smallcakes. Each party was a hit. Tina, Lexi & Regina arrived on time with everyhing-- even folding tables, chairs + balloons. The kids colored their own frosting, used a piping bag and decorated with tons of toppings.
When the 6 year olds needed a break, their team cleaned up and turned everything over for lunch, they even included a custom birthday cake. Such a fun party, the adults enjoyed spending time with their kids while Smallcakes did all the work. 10/10!“

“Idk about the other comments. I’ve been twice so far & the cookies were amazing!!! My kids & I were fighting over it 😭 We tried some of the Red Velvet, Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip, & Sugar! I also got cupcakes last night. Loved it. Inside of the space itself is so cute as well. I do feel like staff could have a friendlier demeanor but other than that, great!“

“Our church, Harvest Time handed these Bundt Cakes out on Mother’s Day and they were incredibly delicious. I love me a good moist cake. Very sweet cake however, pleasantly a very delightful treat. Thank you NBC & HTC.

“Honestly it’s hard to find a good spot with great costumer service anymore. This place is accommodating while still keeping the desserts tasting amazing! 10/10 recommend this place if you need it for an event or just want a sweet treat. Except to get served with a smile and great attitude.“

Eliza is one of the kindest, most professional employees I’ve encountered at Cold Stone in Scarsdale. She always greets with a smile, stays patient, and truly cares about customers.
It’s upsetting to see adults leave condescending reviews just because she clarified they don’t serve rolled ice cream. Being a teenager doesn’t make her any less capable & she consistently goes above and beyond.
Eliza, you’re doing amazing! Your kindness, maturity, and work ethic don’t go unnoticed. Cold Stone is lucky to have you! 💛“

“The mini crumb cakes and mini lemon pie are delicious but they need to improve on their customer service skills and friendliness... Not a fan of rude workers collecting my hard earned money and not being appreciated as a customer! Step your customer service up boss“

“I visited on a Wednesday evening after eating dinner in the area. On my visit, there was nobody in front of me so I was able to order immediately. They did have a lot of products for sale, including a cold case and then of course the fresh ice cream. I ended up getting a milkshake with the Reese‘s chocolate in it. I did like the milkshake. It was a little expensive around $11. But the staff was friendly and the store was clean. I would definitely stop here again.“
