Sno Top is a Manlius institution with tasty new cones and excellent soft-serve dipped in chocolate, improved under new ownership. The staff is friendly and helpful, with great ice cream options. However, service can be slow and chaotic due to multiple lines moving at different speeds. While there is no indoor seating, the outside tables and grass areas are pleasant, and the nearby pond offers a nice walk. Despite some issues, the reasonable prices and good quality make Sno Top a must-visit spot in Manlius.
