“My husband and I have dined at the Cooperage Inn for many, many years. It literally is our favorite, and most definitely our go -to restaurant when friends from Queens and Nassau visit, as it never disappoints!! The food is absolutely delicious and always fresh; I had the lamb, which is the best and most tender I’ve ever had - the short rib pot pie awesome ? The staff makes you feel like family every visit. A shout out to Scott, who is always accommodating; a real sweetheart, and attentive to all his guests. Bella, our most recent waitress, was delightful and made the evening so enjoyable with her superior service and comedic charm. A perfect evening!“

“The food is amazing. Had the pulled pork for lunch. It was cooked perfectly, not smothered in BBQ sauce. You just enjoy the taste of the pork....sweet potatoes, cole slaw and cornbread were great. Everyone was very friendly and owner walked around and said hello.“

“The Doxie Derby was by far the most fun I had with my dog and all the participants, dog and human alike!!
The weather was perfect and so was the winery for this being the first time they had this event.It was so nice to see all different types of Dachshunds and their people!It was worth the registration fee to let my dog and I enjoy the fun filled event!

“Very very cool OG diner serving a simple classic and delicious menu. Their pancakes, especially the blueberry are amazing.. fluffy, with a perfect thin buttery crust around the outside. Lolly the owner still cooks there on Wednesdays snd the place was packed and I loved how everyone knows her and she knows everyone's names. Eggs and omelets were cooked perfectly. And Lolly cooked the potatoes by where she was cooking the sausages and bacon so all that yumminess and flavor was mixed together. Server kept the drinks flowing and always checked in with us. I'm so glad this place is still not only surviving but thriving!“

“Country Cottage Diner is a gem! I’ve had many amazing breakfasts here and had yet to review. I got to visit on Monday October 21 for breakfast with my brother and we were seated right away and had a wonderful waitress. My brother ordered from lunch menu and I got a yummy breakfast, it was perfect! The coffee was also great and the prices are ideal. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels welcoming and inviting and if you don’t like it: speak up and I’m sure they can remedy it! ♥️“

“I have loved everything I have eaten here. The only thing I am not a fan of is the pizza. Staff makes you feel like family. The dinning room is small yet spacious. Every time we eat there we end up talking to other tables. I drive quite a distance to eat here. If you go you have to try the baked clams. They only serve cherry stone clams. So so good.

My friend and I concluded a brewery crawl we were doing here at Long Ireland Beer. They didn't have N/A beer for me to drink, I opted for a seltzer.

The atmosphere here seemed cool, kind of on the German beer decor side in my opinion but still cool.

This was the most crowded brewery of all the ones I went to in Riverhead. Still a cool place despite lacking N/A beer.“

“Absolutely delicious 🤤 was given a sample of the chicken bacon ranch today(they just gave me as a bonus 😍) it was really perfect. I also picked up some other special slices and they are just as good. All the staff is above and beyond polite and such a beautiful team. We always feel welcome and full. “A little too saucy but I must say, amazing customer service. We picked up a large pizza and met my fiance down by the bay to eat while the kids played. I called and told them the pizza wasn't even cut fully, so we were unable to eat it. Mainly my kids because one has sensory issues and can not have cheese hanging out everywhere or else we would have just ripped it apart. They actually drove down to the bay and cut it for us!!!!!! “Us New Yorkers know good bagels ! This establishment is ON POINT ! The bagels are so fresh and soft . Try the chicken salad on everything bagel ! It’s Like my grandma made it back in the day . Friendly staff …. Let’s put it this way . I live in Manorville 4.7 miles away from said establishment. . I have a bagel store literally 3/4 mile down the road and I’ll travel the 4.7 to get QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY. I wish them loooooong term s success and are around FOR VERY LONG TIME! It’s definitely not easy to find establishments that you know what you’re going to receive each time. In my picture you’ll notice some chopped tomatoes that’s because I add them.“

“My mom and I hosted a baby shower here, just this past weekend, and we feel we need to scream from the rooftops just how amazing it was! The staff was phenomenal, anything we needed they were right there to help! The food was stellar and all of our guests were talking about how they wish they could load up to go containers from the buffet! If you ever have to throw an event, do yourself the favor and check them out! The owner is the nicest guy and really just went above and beyond to help make the shower perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars I would !!“

“This place is excellent, as always. They recently refurbished the place, and streamlined the menu. I got the Mexican Pizza and charcoal margarita. My only quibble is that they used to have a verde chicken pizza that was incredibly delicious. I would often dream of that pizza, sometimes justifying a trip to Riverhead just to enjoy a slice. Make no mistake, the current Mexican pizza is still good, but I will mourn the loss of my verde pizza forever.“

“Really fun distillery with the nicest staff and a beautiful environment! My friends and I split 3 tastings and really enjoyed some of the spirits (the Rough Rider rye bourbon and the sorbettas). Some of the others were a bit too strong to enjoy straight. But overall a really cool place to visit!“

“Hands down the best sushi in the Shoreham, Wading River, Rocky Point area. I have tried several other locations and Osaka stands out as the best. They also have amazing lunch specials and the food is always delicious and ready on time with no problems ever. They have a convenient website to order off and pay in store as well which helps both parties avoid any unnecessary fees or service charges. We love their spicy maki combo, chicken katsu, California rolls, and their shrimp tempura rolls!“

If you're not a member or want to check it out, please don't stop here, they have a location on Love Lane in Mattituck where you can try their wine and decide to join. It's worth becoming a member, wine is excellent and prices are very reasonable.“
