“We went to Spresso’s for the first time. The staff member at the register named Molly was very friendly by greeting us promptly upon entering. Other staff members were helpful with answering menu item questions. I did find out that they have Swiss water process decaf and they get their coffee from DCR in Washington, D.C. The barista Cassie made a fantastic decaf latte. The place has a great vibe, nice layout, and pleasant music.“

“It's a great atmosphere. My go-to coffee shop. The owner and her staff are always super friendly.All the flavor syrups are homemade, not the high fructose pumps you'll get elsewhere. You can get delicious flavors you couldn't find elsewhere like maple bourbon and white chocolate raspberry.Comfy chairs and couches to relax.Highly recommend
Parking: Parallel parking on Genesee St or on the side streets within a block.“

“Younger girls working there very pleasant...but quality of especially plain donuts not so good. They used to make puffy formed filled plain donuts but now they are so small deformed and no way worth what they charge for them. Quality should top quantity. What they are selling should be thrown away. Some days they are good but mostly not. The ones I purchased today were smaller around then my thumb...unacceptable.“

“The Tram is filled with amazingness altogether. if that’s even a word. Whether it be supporting artists of all kinds, out of their passion for art. Or their amazing food and drinks! (best hot chocolate ever, by the way). And kind and hardworking staff! They have created a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for all. Utica is beyond lucky to have a business like them around!!“

“Most donuts are too doughy, or too dry. Years ago, before Dunkin changed how they do their donuts (they're frozen these days and cooked up at the local franchise - yuk).
Daylight breaks the trend with amazing donuts. They're literally just like the original Dunkin recipe from 30 years ago.
If we ever find our way to Utica again Daylight Donuts will be a must-visit.“

“The chicken tenders and fries were excellent as always. Light, crispy, and juicy.They seem to have introduced burgers since I last visited here, and the Liciousburger was amazing! It was fresh, fragrant, and so tasty. I won't list names, but it is definitely better than a lot of burgers in downtown Utica.“

“One of my favorite places! They have some of the best desserts, especially their canollis. And now they have a canolli milkshake which is now my favorite milkshake ever. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful and I love that they're open late so I can meet my friends after work.“
