“Very good food The turkey and roast beef are actually cooked there so that way there's less preservatives and b******* in it The turkey by far is pretty much the best seller I've seen so far and they use very fresh ingredients. it's better than buying a breakfast sandwich that's been sitting for a few hours then just get one made to order however you want“

“I called for some advice to feed a party of 70 co-workers and got expert help and a warning to reduce my portions, not increase them! The food was delivered on time with assistance and it all tasted great. The plan is to do this again next year. Thank you Kris and Gus for your expert service and delicious food. “Came here from Chicago, so used to italian deli type places. This was sooo good. We came during a big rush, so it was really busy and crowded. But we only had to wait like 10 mins. The guy working (I'm assuming the owner or manager- he seemed to know everyone) was very apologetic and kept checking on us.
Now for the food. Oh lawd this food was good. I got the pesto caprese and it did not disappoint. They did not skimp on ingredients and the portions were huge. So delicious. I can't wait to try again when we visit again.“

“Recently ordered a 6 Foot Tuscan Italian Wedge & a 3 Foot Italian Combo wedge for a Church Luncheon (Goodwill Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Beacon) & they were both delicious & very much enjoyed by our congregation! A big "thank you" to Xavier, James, Briana & the lady who delivered them to our Church! Everyone was helpful, professional & very polite & we want you to know that we not only enjoyed the food but appreciate you as well!“
“I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to for George’s. We are new to the area and tried them for the first time this morning. I had a “tobo wrap” which I really enjoyed! The contents were wrapped up perfectly snug so nothing fell out. It was moist and super flavorful. The hash browns alone are amazing. The girl working the counter was friendly with a nice greeting. We also got a package of their homemade cookies which were super soft and delightful. I am super pleased and can’t wait to go back.“

“I’ve been coming to this deli here in New Windsor for almost a year and everything changed since the original cashier was let go while visiting family in his country. The food has always been great until today’s sandwich I received for lunch. I had the chicken salad for the first time and it didn’t taste very good. I had a few bites and had to throw the rest of the sandwich in the trash cause the chicken salad was going bad. I’ve worked in deli’s for a number of years and know when a salad is going bad especially when it comes out of a container. I’m well aware there’s a first time for everything and things happen, but this is food we’re talking about. Other than that the and the staff are very nice and friendly. What needs to change is the way orders are being taken. More time needs to be spent making sure orders are correct when someone orders. A few times my order wasn’t done right and it was too late to bring it back especially when the traffic starts to pickup on 207. But today was entirely different which was why I’m writing this review in hopes of things getting better. Never before did I ever have any problems with ordering when the last guy was there. I know and understand it may take people time to get use to doing things, but time is money and money is time, and I can’t afford to lose the time I’m given for lunch of my order isn’t done right.“

“Shelly’s is my favorite deli in the area. As someone that has to eat gluten free when I order my sandwiches here and they ask “separate knife and cutting board?” Just shows how much care they put into making gluten free sandwiches. “The owners are great with very good service and polite and friendly, food is delicious I'd say my favorite is their Kicking Chicken with a side order of fries a great lunch, their convenient and literally on my way to work from the gym and/or home. “Ordered delivery this morning and when the delivery driver forgot to bring coffee be immediately insisted he bring one right back. He followed through and delivered a large hot cup of coffee minutes later and couldn’t have been more pleasant during the entire exchange. After a very rough night with two toddlers I was very appreciative of the short but very kind interaction thank you in and out!“

“Been stopping in lately for my new job in Milton. This deli is very clean (like squeaky clean!) and the workers in there have been very friendly and cheerful every time I've come in. It's usually the same woman and man that I see working here, and I recently learned that the man, Mike, is the owner. He told me he's been doing this for 40 years and I'm pretty sure he said at this same location on 9W! The sandwiches I've picked up for lunch have been great, meaning the taste is really good and they are not skimpy on the contents. Once I stopped in on a work night and got 2 dozen wings for $16 bucks which is a really good deal these days and the wings were excellent. Crispy and meaty - just how I like them!“

I work locally, so it's common for me to order breakfast and then come back for lunch, HAHA!Breakfast: BEC SPC ROLL... for $5... the pure value of this Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich is deserving of the 5 stars alone.Lunch: People don't understand how good their hot food is. I will eat ANYTHING they put on the line, I swear to God. “So we were driving through the town of Newburgh looking for a deli to grab a quick bite to eat and came across this place. They had a nice variety of breakfast sandwiches and what first impressed me was the sandwich was made FRESH! The coffee station, meticulous! Not a grain of sugar on the counters and the store was exceptionally clean. Now we tasted the sandwiches, which were done pretty quick by the way, and wow. Like wow! Fresh soft bread, toasted, order was perfect, sandwiches were hot and packaged neatly. My ONLY COMPLAINT is, sadly, they’re far from me. But I’d take that trip for good food, pleasant service and reasonable prices. If you’re passing through that area, definitely check them out!“

Great food btw and service. 4 stars but they got an additional bonus star ? for giving me their Aloe Vera pup so I can grow my own Aloe plant ?. Frank’s Deli is one of my favorite local spots! Their fresh sausage is absolutely amazing — you can really taste the quality. I also love their good, hearty seeded bread — perfect for sandwiches or just dipping in olive oil and provolone cheese.
Whenever they have it fresh, I always grab the broccoli rabe, Italian long hots, and eggplant caponata — they’re so flavorful On a few occasions, I’ve gotten the caponata or long hots that seemed past their prime, but that’s rare, and it doesn’t take away from how great this place usually is.
When everything’s fresh (which it usually is), Frank’s is unbeatable. It’s a neighborhood gem!“
