“This is THE place to get Chinese food in the North Fork. The food is delicious with high quality fresh ingredients, and it has the wok hei that we all know and love. The dishes always have lots of goodies - meaning that they’re not stingy on the meat and veggies in each dish. I live in Manhattan and I’ve not found a place better than Jan’s without having to trek down to Chinatown. My family gets excited every time we come out here to get take out from here!“

“General Tso- good sauce, Chewy chicken;
Fried Rice-do it the traditional way, white rice with soy sauce NG. Egg roll- not traditional. The combo prices are low and the portions are big. Charge more and increase quality.
BIG ISSUE: Cashier working as a cook.
No gloves. Touching money (dirty) then touching food is unacceptable.
Overall ok. Would I return, NO.“
