“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

“I am currently at Starbucks studying for a major exam. I spilled my drink and everyone was awesome. They immediately offered to remake it for me even though they did not have to because it was my fault for spilling it 15 minutes after I got it. I began to clean up but they told me not to worry. Awesome people!!“

“Delicious!!! The fact that theyre always busy should tell u something. Ive read a few negative reviews but i suggest you try them for yourself. Messing up an order shouldnt count when a buisness is that busy...it happens everywhere. The staff doesnt need to be smiling ear to ear all day long! Give them a break! My orders which consist of the egg sandwiches have always been on point.“

“Dunkin is my favorite coffee, large iced, butter pecan, cream, sweet & low, extra ice, perfection! This starts my day off right, every time! Once in a while I grab a toasted sesame bagel with butter, or a Boston Creme donut. Coffee is always fresh, the employees are pleasant and helpful, always a great experience and wonderful service. “I have other Starbucks close to my house with drive-through which this one does not have but I go out of my way to go to the Starbucks because the service is outstanding. The girls that work there are absolutely awesome. I go there at least three times a week and I have never had one problem.
The reason I’m writing a review is yesterday while I was in there I heard the woman in front of me asked for a tall drink. She paid for it and after the lady made it and gave it to her, she said I asked for a large, I knew that woman was wronge and was playing with her phone while ordering but the girls were nice about the way they handled it and that’s why I like them. Even though the customer was wrong they went out of their way to stay professional and make the customer happy. so I felt I had to write this review and let everyone know in case that woman went home and complained that these girls are awesome and this Starbucks is the best one in all of Medford and Patchogue and it’s worth walking in .“
