“Found this place through Google. I was in the area for my son's appointment today and we had time to kill so we stopped here to eat. The food was great, the service was quick and the hospitality was excellent. Special shoutout to our server Anna and the manager Chris! My 8 year old is a huge wrestling fan so the decor was an added bonus for us. We will definitely be back!!!“
“I had an amazing experience at NY Axe and would absolutely give it five stars! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The staff made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to walk us through everything—even if you’ve never thrown an axe before, they make it easy to learn.
What really stood out was how engaging and supportive the team was. They didn’t just give instructions and walk away—they stayed involved, offered tips, and made sure everyone in our group was having a great time. It quickly turned into a friendly competition, and we were all hooked!
The space itself is clean, well-organized, and perfect for groups, whether you’re going with friends, coworkers, or celebrating something special. It’s such a unique experience and definitely something different from the usual night out.
If you’re looking for something fun, interactive, and memorable in Huntington, NY Axe is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back!“

“I had the most fantastic dinner & cocktails at Swallow Kitchen Greenlawn this past Saturday w/ friends from out of town! First off, The Server was kind and took great care of us! The food was terrific, and the Cocktails were to die for! 🤩🥳😍 Mushroom toast with/ Marscarpone was AMAZING, Steak AMAZING, Mussels-The broth was So good! Tuna Tartare- the Lemon Aioli I'm still dreaming about, Grilled Octopus- grilled to perfection, Street corn- tarragon flavor really came out. My Husband Loved the Chicken Tostadas. We had no room left - but I want to return for the Nom Nom Noodles and everything else!!“

“We were looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat before going to a lecture at the Merrick Public Library. The photos of the food looked fabulous, so we decided to give Bourbon & Brews a try. We were greeted by Will, who rocks, offering happy hour specials and cocktails in a pint glass. Burgers were great, and the nachos were superior. Definitely will be back!“

“Great bar! Love going there. Excellent bartenders and they have fantastic events and parties. And since they bought DiMaggios next door the food has taken a step up from their normally great food and specials. The place looks really nice, too! “We held a family fun night in their back room this weekend, about 30 people. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! Thank you Amy & Jenny for such great bartending & waitressing!! Bathrooms are clean and easily accessible, prices are very budget friendly, staff is accomodating and friendly, easy parking, classic games / pool table, light snacks, they have no/low alcohol options (beverages) ... a great place to meetup with a grouo of people. Diagonally across the street from the Paramount Theater on NY AVE. Overall, this cute little 'mom & pop owned' place is very well done. (thumbs up)“

I can’t speak for the drinks, the service, or the music—because the second I stepped into the bathroom, I knew I’d found my sanctuary.
We’re talking immaculate tile work. The kind of lighting that makes you reconsider your entire skincare routine. Soap that smelled like a lavender field kissed by angels. A full-length mirror. A working lock. Paper towels and a Dyson hand dryer. Someone even folded the toilet paper like a hotel.
I went in to pee. I came out reborn.
